Small branch, very friendly and great service. Needed a notary public, they were the smallest bank in the area BUT they had one and they didn't charge a fee!! All others around were not able to help.

Easy on the corner location. Easy entrance easy out. Small but typical nyc size. Cutstomer service man working the desk was polite and helpful. I do not bank here bc they do not have a location in Jersey. I just cashed a check from a promo. They have 1 atm on the inside. If you cash a check there and you do not have an account there they take $10. I thought that was high but I have always cashed checks at my bank but this place was closer and I was in a hurry!

So I don't have an account here but here is what I think is really cool-you can take denominations out of the ATM in 1s, 5s and change-if you want $100.26 you can get it!! Why would you want 26 cents I have no idea but don't you like that you have a choice? MAJOR DOWNSIDE which prevents 4 star rating-the fee for non bank users $2.25-OUCH. However this is becoming industry standard as BoA is going to hike up their fees to $3 or somehting...
