“Well, dont be late for the drop off or else you'll need to wait for the next available day. Even with that, I was overall happy with Upack. I was warned to pack high and tight, which I did but could not make the perfect wall at the end. I did have some of my stuff fall and move around but that wasnt Upack fault. I wish they had another system which give you multiple walls to put up so you can seperate the boxes and furniture.”

“This was my first experience with a storage unit and Gil at Stowaway has been nothing but friendly and great! I signed up back in 2017 after a divorce left me trying to reduce my whole life into a 10x10 sqft unit. Gil was not only professional but very kind as well during this difficult time. We joked because I said I would only keep the unit for a year and he said "that's what everyone says!" 3 yrs later he was right but I was not disappointed at all. I would have kept the unit too if I didn't move to Passaic county. The facility is clean, well lit, safe and there's always a dolly to use. The hours are more then accommodating and when I needed later access it was made available to me. The prices are fair and there were no unexpected price increases or bait and switches. I have since moved my items to a "Public Storage" in Woodland park and it has been nothing but a nightmare compared to how good stowaway was. I wish I could have stayed, I highly recommend this storage facility!”

“I moved from Doha, Qatar to Pensacola, Florida USA. At first I was a little suspicious of all shipping companies in Qatar, "Universal Relocations" included. This company really did a good job. My shipping took longer to arrive than expected but I got everything and Mohammed and his team did great. I was worried something bad was going to happen with customs or tracking once my shipment got to the USA but the company assured me that everything was ok and provided me information. Everything was packed well. They made a special box to ship a painting that I wanted to take with me and it worked out well. They were the cheapest quote I could find and I was not disappointed. “Hired the crew to move a refrigerator and piano. The crew were polite and were able to get the piano inside without a hitch. The refrigerator did not fit in the basement door so they took the time to take the door off the basement and disassemble and reassemble the fridge so it could go into the basement and not have to stay in the garage.”

“This review is long overdue... the amazing people of Manageable Move & Design orchestrated my mother & father's move from a large house to two separate senior living facilities (one requires substantial care, and requires special considerations for tenants with Alzheimer's, the other can still live independently). This is a review where words truly fail me. I cannot possibly speak highly enough of Peter, Holly, and every single member of their crew I had the pleasure of working with. They all went so far above and beyond what anyone could expect, it was nearly unbelievable, and I mean that literally. To this day (about a year later), I am still blown away by how incredible they were, and what a phenomenal help they were not only in getting both of my parents moved, but in handling as many issues they possibly could so that my father could at least occasionally de-stress a little bit. Peter and Holly made this possible... And they did so with genuine care, concern, and a greater effort than I've ever seen. Even after the move, they have returned several times to help my father out with various technical difficulties he experienced now and then with his electronics. I would give Manageable Move & Design LLC my absolute highest recommendation with no reservations whatsoever. People simply do not get any more kind, courteous, respectful, and caring as Peter and Holly.”

“In the fall of 2019 I was going to need portable storage units for home items before a move. I thought it would be no big deal to secure storage until I started calling around for prices and services. I called three of the most well known portable storage companies and was horrified to find bad rushed phone customer service with long wait times and or bait and switch pricing with all kinds of fees, which seemed to change every time I called. I didn't even call COWS because I had never heard of them. Having exhausted my list of places to call, I tried COWS. I wish they were the first place I checked! I called and got this really nice, friendly, laid back yet very professional young man on the phone by the name of Carmine (whom I worked with until the end of my storage needs in June of 2020) He told me exactly what services he could provide and EXACTLY what the charges would be for delivery, pick up and monthly rental, which were reasonable and competitive, if not better than the other places I called. The entire time I worked with COWS there were NEVER any billing surprises, they were flexible with their pick up and delivery availability and the items within the units (I rented two) were well protected from the elements. They are very easy to contact by phone or text, and get back to you very promptly if you have any concerns. They were even nice enough to work with me in terms of a payment plan when the crisis hit, greatly impacting my income. I cannot recommend COWS in Whippany highly enough for any portable storage needs.”
