Awful wait times but the woman who did my work was really nice

walked in and waited about 5 minutes before getting called, & check in was super fast. Norma took my blood and was extremely professional, I am a nervous wreck when getting my blood drawn but she talked to me and made me feel calm.

I went without an appointment and arrived at 7am. There was a line to sign in, but it moved quickly. The lady at the desk was very nice as was the lady who took my blood. The whole experience was quick and painless. I was out by 7:30 and there were only 2 people waiting to be seen.
