Came for a 5000 mile service and sat for 1.25 hours. Service rep never came out to speak to us. I had to search out the service person for assistance and then I was told our rep was in a meeting and my paperwork was not ready. Poor service rude people.

den helped me when I came in last weekend I was ready to buy a car and didn’t want to play games and wanted the process to be straightforward. The dealership looked very outdated and his customer service skills were not there. He could’ve been a little more friendly. We decided to leave the dealership because of the price being 1k over but then said he could talk to the manager when he just did. I wasn’t there to play games. Just a combination of factors we decided to leave and look for the car somewhere else.

I took my car in for service last Thursday, my car had no noise. After coming to use the car service, I had a very noisy situation when reaching a speed of 35miles. I called to ask and they told me to bring it up for inspection. Today I went up and they said I had to pay 190$ to have it inspected. I felt unhappy. They don't see it as their fault or the car's fault ,They said if you want to do it, you have to pay. His attitude was also not good when I told him not to do it. I had a bad experience here. My bill last week

if i could give them 0 out 1,000 stars, i would. i've brought my car here for 5 years and had nothing but problems, but have continued to come back. i'll never come back and i'll make sure anyone i know and meet does not come back. i took my car for service today. it went fine. i picked it up and paid and it was fine. i took it home and the key was stuck in the ignition. that's never happened before. i tried everything and could not get it out. the service technician who came over to look at it when i brought it back about 20 minutes later immediately blamed me and was nothing but rude. he spoke to me as if i was an idiot. several employees overheard how he spoke to me and said nothing including other women. i don't know how you stand by and let another woman be attacked like that. the only person who apologized was a nice young man who helped me back my car out after. i will never come back here again and i will never send anyone to by. car from here again.

Good afternoon, I recently had a great experience with the service department employees. I had an emergency and went to Joyce Honda because it's down the street from me. If not for that I would never go back in after one day the wife and I went to lease my first new car. We were made left to feel "neglected" at the entrance. About 30 minutes later we decided to take or business to "Route 23 Honda". This where we leased our 1st Honda.

Very knowledgeable, polite and fast service.Have had my accord serviced with them for last 3 or 4 oil changes and one transmission fluid change this time. Couple of months ago they also took apart the AC system due to condenser recall. It turned out everything was good with AC. They made sure to put extra engine oil in the vehicle this time free of charge. Didn't really like that vehicle wouldn't vibrate when stopped so now it does. Asked for tire rotation and they did it free of charge and actually rotated it twice. Went into the sales department to find out what I could get for the car just for my info while waiting for service to be performed. I was told I can get 9k for the vehicle and was reminded that 3k is still owed on the vehicle. Very politely the manager sitting behind the window glass told me I would sell it if I was offered 20k which I declined also. Also told me a great website Kelly blue book that I can use. When I came back to the service side the vehicle was already on the lift. Engine oil and transmission oil was being taken care of. The fastest vehicle service I have gotten at Joyce Honda.I was out in no time. They gave me one piece of paper to sign and then gave me 3 pages to take home with me. Advising me the serpentine belt should be replaced, Cooling system flush, and brake system flush on top of couple of things I already knew.

The Joyce Honda Service Dept was great to work with. My new car had an issue and they worked quickly to get the part ordered and delivered from another state. They provided me a loaner car for the 2 weeks my car was in service with them. Marc, the service advisor was amazing and called almost every other day to provide updates. I had a great experience and highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of Joyce Honda for many years and have always been very happy with the service department until this last visit. I always lease my cars. I brought my car in for a 22,000 mile oil change and was told I needed a lot of other things done to my car. I never remember having anything major done to my car this early on. Usually the 30,000 mile service is the large one. My sons looked over my bill and they feel that I was sold services that did not need to be performed in my car with the mileage that I have. I am very disappointed that I can’t even trust a company that I have used for over 15 years. Maybe its time for me to move on…

Service rep was great! Got me a loaner for a very important trip while they fixed my truck. Not getting that at a local repair guy. I was kept up to date on everything and the cost for repairs was actually competitive. I didn't feel like I was being gouged like most dealerships. I'm actually very glad I chose Joyce Honda to fix this problem I had with the TPMS push to start problem.
