Wife had a nail in her tire, so I decided to change it out for the spare. Come to find out, the tire is hand-tight. Is that up to spec? I think not. What's the finger torque spec for tires these days?
I wouldn't trust this place with assembling a child's tricycle.
*edit* No wonder! Come to find out the driver side bolts weren't even tight. Completely loose. Spun the lock nut with my fingers, and it was off. You guys are so obsessed with turnover that you don't even care if your drivers are on the roads safely. Will never be coming back to this chop shop. Reporting to honda as well.

I just bought my first new car at Joyce Honda in Denville, and it was a great experience! I worked with Matt, who was really friendly and honest. He made the process easy and simple, even though I was a bit nervous. I definitely recommend working with Matt if you can!

I was driving my sister’s 2018 Honda Pilot from Pennsylvania to New York and had a transmission problem while i was on I80. Pulled over and brought the car to this dealership and the staff were very helpful.

My husband & I worked with Johana who was great. She answered all of our questions and trust me I had plenty. She was great when after selling us the truck and assisting us after with questions/wants, which was such a great feeling! This was my first time purchasing from a dealership that wasn't carmax/autolenders (No haggling) so i was skeptical but they were straightforward with pricing aka doc fee +taxes= out the door price! They worked with our late schedule as well which meant the world to us. I personally recommend this place!

I went there to buy a 2.0t used accord. They said they had one in their inventory. They didn’t and just waisted my time pretending to have this model. No call back no apology

My wife and I are very disappointed with obtaining our registration from Joyce Honda. My wife went there to retrieve the registration and was informed that new tags were issued after my wife and I spoken with our sales person Matt. Matt even knew this is what we had wanted because my wife had already renewed the registration for the plate's and was not set to expire until next year. I honestly thought we were all on the same page and even though Joyce Honda finance manager put in for new plates. My wife was very upset and stated this, no refund was issued to her for what she already spent, all they kept saying to her was they basically saved her the time of renewal for the next few years and mind you we never had a issue with doing this on our own online like we do with the rest of our vehicles. It was our money being spend not theirs. This should have not happened and unnecessary money was wasted. And again it was our money not theirs to make that choice to spend after a discussion was already spoken about.
