I lost my to COVID AND used the Nutrafol so I have this thick curly hair that is unmanageable. I go to Jane and she made my hair so beautiful ... red hair with blond highlights. It is bouncing & behaving. Thank you Jane for making me feel seen and pretty.

Please save yourself the trouble and do not go here. I had long hair going into my appointment and said I wanted to cut it to my shoulders because my son keeps pulling my long hair. My stylist, Rita, said she would give me an “easy mom hair” cut and give my layers. The layers were much shorter than I wanted, but by the time she showed me, it was too late. She could tell I wasn’t happy and kept trying to tell me how good it looked. She curled my hair before I left, so I had no idea how choppy it really was until I showered. I his is not an “easy mom hair” style. The layers do not fit into a pony tail or a clip.. they keep falling into my face. None of the layers are are blended into my hair. Everything is completely choppy. I now am going to have to style ny hair every day until it grows out enough that I can go somewhere else to have it fixed.

I don't go to the beauty salon very often, I mostly come to cut bangs and trim the ends of my hair. The specialists are normal, everything is normal.

I had my hair cut by Gigi. She was polite and professional. I wanted just a few inch trim off the bottom of my really long hair and nothing else, nothing crazy. Usually I find stylists other places will end up putting some layering in the bottom or feathering, which is not what I want and I leave dissapointed. But Gigi listened and did exactly what I wanted. She even gave me some great advice on products to use to tame my natural hair that I can't ever seem to manage.When making my appointment I made sure to inform the woman on the phone that I had really long hair as I expected there to be a "long hair fee" as with most other places I've been have charged me an extra $30 just for having long hair. But I was not charged extra for that. I paid the $50 for the women's cut and not a penny more which was awesome. Thank you to Gigi, I'll be back for sure!Service: Haircut

I had a hair cut on this salon on September 27. I can’t imagine what they did. They made me look bald. The lady who was cutting was probably learning, after spending 30 mins on setting my hair she trimmed with 2 number whole head. I am wearing cap since two weeks. The worst nightmare. I can share the picture if someone from salon wants to defend this.Is there any way I can complain about these to any other authority?

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jane and Gigi. They did an amazing job on my hair and make up as well as an amazing job on each of my girls for my wedding this past October 6th. They were also able to fit in doing make up & hair for both my sister and mother in law which were not previously included. They went above and beyond for me by rescheduling clients to be able to be available for my wedding on short notice. I recommend Jane and Gigi to anyone who asked! I'm so happy they were able to be available for my wedding day â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
