I had my car taken here for a tire replacement and had items stolen out of my center console like my beats headphones and other expensive items.The experience was terrible from beginning to end. When I called asking if my car was there about an hour after tow picked it up they told me it wasn’t there and that it possibly got sent to another Kia. I called the tow and he said they dropped it off there. Had to call Kia back and magically it was there in the parking lot they just didn’t look for it the first time.They didn’t even price me correctly for my tires and the front desk had to give me a discount for the charge they forgot to tell me about…Won’t be going back

Michael Ghnim was our salesman, and between him and the finance manager Khaled Ismail and manager Debro Kent, we could not have gotten better more thorough and excellent service. The experience of buying a car can be a daunting one, but Michael and his colleagues made it not just an easy experience but a pleasant and enjoyable one. They were attentive, easy to understand, and very efficient in getting approvals and sealing the best deal we could want. We are extremely happy with our new 2024 Kia Soul. We would highly recommend Michael and Gateway Kia!

Gateway Kia in Denville you should know this!!!!!!!!! I want it to be know how amazing Bryan is in the service department he is very honest up front and very efficient Part of the team and should be recognized for this! The on going still on going issue I have with my car he made sure he was always on top of things and made sure he handled it and was always in constant communication with me did not leave me out of the loop. I wish there were more young men like him then the world would be a better place to be in and it would be enjoyable going to have my car fixed, I mentioned a few things that I noticed and he made sure he held the person accountable! I think this guy should be recognized and promoted!!! way to go keep up the amazing work and thank you for all you have done for me and continue to to do to help!!!!!!

We had been keen on the Telluride (to replace our Toyota Highlander) as it got best mid size SUV ratings and still has the naturally aspirated 6 cylinder engine (sorry Highlander and Lexus RX 350). Maybe old school, but I want to avoid turbos as long as possible and not quite ready to go electric. Sales process was typical but the salesperson Joe and his manager were reasonable and direct, and Joe even delivered the car to our home later in the afternoon so we didn’t have to return. Price tops MSRP but that is still the nature of things. The Telluride SX+ we purchased has so much gadgetry it will require diligent study to take full advantage - Kia design has so many little thoughtful features you have to see it to believe it. Warranty is exceptional as well.

Thomas Wall deserves a shout out, but, not for the usual reason. I own a Kia EV6 and was in need of a charge to get me back to Little Egg Harbor Twp. I was greeted by Thomas. In literally minutes, I was plugged in and getting the "boost" I needed to make the rest of the trip. I mean, who is this understanding and willing to help?The experience could not have been better, and the amazing fact, we purchased the EV6 elsewhere!

My car had two recalls and was at the 6 months service due. I dropped off the night before. They called me when my car was ready and I went up and picked up. It was freshly washed also. The technician explained everything to me that was done to my car. A 5 star review is duly warranted!!

Ask for Michael, Highly recommended! My mother and I went there to purchase two new Kia Seltos. Michael took the time to listen to our needs and budget. Our experience at Gateway was so much better, easier, and faster than other dealerships we've been to! We love our new cars!

Steve is absolutely amazing! I only go when he’s there and I trust him with my car and when charging me! Deserves a raise for amazing customer service and as a woman he doesn’t up-charge me or try to get me to buy things I don’t need and I deeply appreciate that. Best salesman ever

The Service Manager was very informative and Steve was very helpful. Brian went the extra mile in keeping me informed about my vehicle. This is the second time I have been at Gateway Kia in Denville NJ. The first time I leased a Kia Forte, but this time around I bought a car. I walked in thinking I would be walking out without a vehicle, but Joseph in Sales and Mr C in Finance did an amazing job getting me into a brand new car! They know how to treat a customer and will do everything they can to help you get a car. When the time comes to trade my new car in, I will definitely go back to Gateway Kia in Denville NJ!

Very good, friendly customer service. I recently went for a software upgrade and service team welcomed me and provided an excellent customer service. Waiting area is well maintained with complimentary coffee and water and it’s a suitable work environment as well if you are waiting to pick up the car. Overall I’m really pleased with their service .
