I wanted to add to my wedding review below that Rana at Denville Florist completely scammed us of the $200 arrangement we paid for the sweetheart table. Nothing was on the table. We had to make it work using my bouquet and the bridesmaid's bouquet on the table so it would not look completely empty. I also spoke to her and she agreed to refund the money but she has not. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER.

I recently visited Denville Florist and was amazed by the beautiful floral arrangements and exceptional service. Iffat, who assisted me, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She helped me choose the perfect flowers for my occasion, explaining the significance and care instructions for each bloom.

My daughter had her first baby and we wanted to send a beautiful big bouquet of flowers to her in the hospital. Not only was the arrangement abundant and beautiful, but exactly what we had hoped for! Although the delivery location was a little difficult, Rana patiently resolved the situation very quickly. Highly recommend!

Rana at Denville Florist is something short of a CON ARTIST. Don’t rent or buy flowers from this woman. We rented a chuppa ( this a Jewish tradition) and I was flabbergasted to have to find myself walking down the aisle to a regular wedding arch. She told my husband the chuppah would be made of birch wood and we discussed in detail we traveled far to find a florist that had one. In addition, we rented a flower cart to display flowers for my guests to take as favors. Instead I found loose flowers in a BUCKET that my guests ignored as they weren’t displayed properly. She also insisted to be paid by Zelle, not credit card so you can’t dispute the charges. No apologies, no explanation, not even an email after the fact.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST. Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Order from candlelight or Broadway florists instead. I’ve lived in denville for over 10 years and this was my first time trying denville florist and will certainly be the last. Wish I had read the reviews ahead of time. Similar to all the other reviews, I ordered online on the Saturday before Memorial Day, surprised that the option for them to be delivered on Memorial Day was available. In the back of my mind I figured they would be delivered Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around my friend hadn’t received the flowers. I call that afternoon. A woman answers the phone ‘Hello’ surprised I said ‘is this denville florist?’ ‘Yea this is the flower shop’ uhh who answers the phone like that for a place of business. Flag #1. I ask about the order and she said it had already been dropped off when it hadn’t. Miraculously the order was dropped off an hour later and looked NOTHING like what I had ordered. Paid $65 for 6 two toned roses in a beautiful vase with greenery (first photo) the second photo is what was received. I call back to tell her that wasn’t what I ordered and got the worst attitude I’ve ever heard in my life. She said ‘it’s a very light 2 tone’ when there isn’t you can see in the picture. Cheap vase, different color sprays and cheap greenery. She says ‘I already told you I was sorry what else do you want, no one has ever complained before’ (which is a bold faced lie, because there are reviews from years ago that say the same thing) I said I want a refund! I didn’t get what I ordered. Then proceeds to say someone from the shop would contact me the next day and of course never did. Steer clear of this scam of a shop.

It's an odd setup. It calls itself Morristown florist and sends you an email confirmation with that name and a Morristown address (Speedwell Ave) but the charge on your credit card is Denville florist. Plus they just left flowers outside some door to die so I don't recommend this place.

Always have positive experience here. I pick-up my order as I live nearby. Have just walked in and I have pre-ordered. Small business, friendly and have good floral arrangements. Recommend highly.

I don't normally write reviews although this florist deserves a review because of outstanding service!!!!!!Ronna always answers the phone every call, that is exceptional service to start. She went over and above to make an arrangement for us which was beautiful. The service is like nothing I have ever experienced.I will exclusively use this Florist that is how strongly I feel about the service and work.Thank you to everyone who was involved at Denville Florist!

I call Denville Florist at least 4 times a year. The flowers are great and the staff is very accommodating!
