Denville Detail is the best! I cannot tell you how wonderful Jeremy of Denville Detail is!!!! I brought my car in to have some water stains cleaned. He explained he would do his best (the stains were there for a few years and looked awful) and if it didn’t come out the way he wanted it, it would be no charge. Within 20 minutes the job was done. It looked so much better than before. He didn’t charge me. I did force him to take a tip. It is so rare to find a honest and reputable business person. I will continue to use his services and tell everyone to go there.

overall they cleaned the car decent but it wasn’t worth the 225 i paid. They didn’t they car completely. They didn’t do the trunk, there was nail polish on the door which they didn’t clean (they said it was paint and they couldn’t do it but i went home and i got all the nail polish off with a cloth). they didn’t clean the cup holders fully and i had to go home and clean the the things they didn’t do. they did the outside of the car pretty solid tho. Overall it’s a scam go to a better place.

Big business car detailing. I thought $240 was a lot for a detail but then they immediately told me that wouldn’t be enough time for the car to really get clean from beach sand so I agreed up front to pay them another hundred dollars for another hour. I was then charged another $50 when he discovered the remains of an ancient puke Behind the driver seat. He said the extra cost for vomit cleanup was “mandatory.” When I got the car back, they hadn’t even touched the trunk it was filthy. He said there was too much stuff in it to get involved. When I got home, it took me all of 60 seconds to take the stuff out of the trunk! couldn’t they have even just vacuumed it? The interior did look nice but $400 i spent for this and then I did not feel I got anything much more than I do for the $150 detailing that I’m used to. I won’t be back.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
My husband schedule a full detail for the outside and inside of my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. My husband called the day before to confirm the appt and make them aware we would be dropping the car off the night before, at no time did he receive instructions as to where to leave the car parked. When calling to get status on my car the next day we were told they didn’t have my car in their possession (scary!) after being put on hold we were informed we had left it parked on the wrong side of the lot. You would think that they would at least look around the lot if they knew what cars they had scheduled or call the client if they thought it was a “no show” out of precaution at the very least. When speaking with Jeremy he was a bit confrontational on the phone when I asked to cancel everything since clearly communicating isn’t their strong suit. He then insinuated the reason why my car hadn’t been touched 2 HOURS before they closed was due to us dropping the car off at the “wrong business” even though it’s the same lot as the tire place. NEVER AGAIN!!

These guys are the best. We gone for detailing, tinting, headlights and other parts for our cars. It’s clear Jeremy and his team care about what they do and how the customer feels.
We travel 40-50min to come here because of the level of care, service and communication.
Go to Denville Detail they are just unmatched!
