Great experience with the entire staff and the car looks just as I drove it off the dealership lot.

Not only did these folks do a great job on my Santa Fe,after a deer ran into it,I got it back nice&CLEAN,with floors&all vacuumed.Also,a Gold chain&Emerald pendant with diamonds was neatly placed in my back console!I had been missing this for MONTHS&did not realize it fell off my neck,slipped through to car seats&was hiding there!=An HONEST EMPLOYEE found it&left it in my vehicle!!THANK YOU!

Took my wife’s car here to repair damage from another driver. Two weeks into repair they said the car was done. We arrive to pick up car and find that they completed half the repair. Another week goes by and they complete repair. We pick up car again and someone scratched our media screen, stole the owners manual and smoked a cigars in the car. I would never again go here and I recommend you stay clear. This place is a step above a chop shop at best.

Been dealing with Kurt at Denville bear and body for 30 plus years and my nephews wife got into an automobile accident in December and paul and Kurt got the car fixed painted on the road in couple weeks came out excellent! Highly recommend these folks

Just had some work done, couldn't be happier, A+ customer service, kept me up to date with completion date, Girls in office were very friendly, Work was done quickly plus they detailed entire vehicle inside and out, feels like I have a brand-new car. I don't normally write reviews, but they did such a great job I definitely recommend them.

After spending over $7000.00 on repairs at Morristown location on my 2006 Saab 93 aero convertible from accident 4 years ago learned from Saab specialist roll bars were set back, but lock boxes were never installed, headlights never adjusted properly, front spoiler reattached with epoxy and screws and headlamp washers not tightened. Kurt agreed to afix and paint the lower spoiler and tighten headlamp washers no charge. Was going to Grieco Saab for service from Denville Bear and Body after picking Saab up. Upon arrival at Grieco the light above spoiler not working. A new bulb was tried and not the fuse. The issue was wiring done wrong as neither lower lights were right. Also headlamp washers needed a valve to spray properly. The rewiring charge $345.00. Called Kurt and he denied rewiring improperly and said he was aware of the problems and wasn’t going to pay for the repairs. He should have told me if the problems when I picked the car up but didn’t. It was at his shop the wiring was done wrong. Thankful to Grieco Saab for fixing the problems, but very unhappy Murt wouldn’t take responsibility for the repair charges. Was happy he was doing work free, but poor work and not telling me left me with a big charge. Had used them for over 10 years with no problems until this accident. His repair bill for original work was $7,000.00+. Very bad experience. Stay away!!Service: Body & Trim
