I ended up booking with Troast because they had the best rate and the fastest turn around, not to mention close to Enterprise Rental. “I had auto body work done on my car here in June 2010. In August 2013, I noticed the paint was peeling just in the section where my car had been repaired. I spoke to Dave (one of the owners) and inquired why the paint was peeling. I had my June 2010 receipt in hand. Dave reviewed the invoice and inspected my car. Rather than give me the "run around", since it was more than 3 years after the repair job, Dave acknowledged that the job was not done properly. He agreed to repair the paint job for free and also provided me with free auto body work on the other side of my car. In addition, he provided me with a free loaner, from Madison Honda, while he worked on my car. I was extremely pleased with the new paint job and the free additional body work done on the other side of my car. Just based on their integrity alone, I would highly recommend Florham Park Auto Body. But I am also quite pleased with their work as well.”

“On Friday 2/16, I was traveling from NYC and while on the highway, I thought I popped 2 tires. I was scared, lost and freaking out to put it mildly. I didn’t even know what town I was in. I googled mechanics near me and this was closest. I made my way and thank God I did. The man sitting at the front desk was my guardian angel. Turns out, I did not pop 2 tires, the car shield came loose and was scraping against the floor. He fixed it immediately and refused to take any money. Of course I tipped him. I was told by others to "say goodbye to your car". The car is sentimental to me & so I spoke to Dennis. He seemed completely unphased by the damage & started finding parts. “Can I just say, D&M Auto Body made the experience of getting my car repaired, the BEST, worst experience ever. I think we can all agree that having something go wrong with your car is terrible and we’d all rather NOT do it, but if I had to do it again, D&M is the only place I’d go from here on out.In a haze of grief from losing a friend the week prior, I backed my brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson into a parking garage support beam, basically ripping the mirror off the door. That night I did some research on auto body shops in the area and I’m so glad I found D&M.Every aspect of working with D&M, from getting the estimate to picking up my fully repaired car today, was pleasant and seamless.The website not only has information about the services they offer, what the repair process is, their team and history, but also has information that was super useful as a general customer like FAQs, consumer rights information, how to manage the insurance claims process, and even information on things your insurance company can and can’t do.The customer service was absolutely immaculate. My appraiser Dave, pretty much held my hand through the entire process and did so with patience and grace. I’m not ashamed to admit that I had NO idea what I was doing, and he quickly and kindly answered all my emails, took all my calls, and answered every question I had, especially those concerning the claims process because Progressive wasn’t very clear at ALL in what they needed. Shannon at the front desk, would periodically check in and give me updates on what was happening with the car and the progress they were making (or not) with Progressive, and was just a pleasure to speak to.The repair is flawless and was done SO quickly. I got the call that my car was ready only a week and 2 days after they’d let me know that they could begin the repairs! If you look at my car you wouldn’t even know that the door needed to be replaced. It looks exactly like it does when I drove it off the lot in September. Everything is functioning as it should. They even detailed the inside of the car, gave her a wash, and blessed me with a complimentary t-shirt and keychain. Immaculate. Customer. Service!!D&M has a customer for life …that is as long as they’re willing to have me lol. I know Progressive isn’t the best to deal with. If you’re having any questions or doubts about who should repair your car, look no further because D&M will take good care of you!”
