We love Barks Bed & Biscuit!! We have two puppies that go to daycare here. If we say the word “daycare” they can’t run to the car fast enough. We are so happy we have a place to take them that they love, they get to socialize, and get lots of energy out! The dedicated, dog-loving staff are all incredibly nice as well! Absolutely recommend

Barks B&B is our go to place for boarding our two dogs. They are rescues and have separation anxiety but have always come home happy (and clean) from Barks B&B. We pack their meals and bring a dog bed from home they can snuggle on together. I especially love that they have video cameras so I can check on them while we are away. Sometimes they don't answer the phone but leave a voicemail, they always call back within a reasonable time. This reminds me, I need to make their next reservation!

This place, the staff & the groomer are all exceptional! It was warm & welcoming from the moment we walked in the door! The staff went out of their way to greet us & were helpful, informative & very reassuring, as it was our first time there in general & for grooming in particular. The groomer herself (CC) was sweet, gentle & very kind. Ultimately, my dog was well cared for & groomed beautifully! The rates were reasonable & I was so pleased that I booked the next appointment before leaving! Barks Bed & Biscuit provided me with a wonderful experience in every way!Highly recommended for your pet grooming needs!!

This is the second time we’ve boarded our pup with them and everything is going great except for two things, 1.the fact that it doesn’t seem like anyone is watching the dogs during playtime. We logged into the doggie cam to watch how it was going and a dog kept trying to hump ours the whole time, our dog kept running away from the other dog and seemed uncomfortable but nothing was done about it clearly showing that no one is watching them which is very concerning considering dogs can be unpredictable.They charge you $10 extra dollars if you want them to have “alone play time” which is your dog completely alone without even an employee playing with them.2.We got two of the food rations we left for our dog back which we shouldn’t have since he was supposed to have 3 meals a day and we gave them exact amount of food.It is pretty close to our house which is why we use them but after this experience we are gonna have to reconsider.

Our little guy Travis stayed with Barks twice over the summer. Once for a long weekend and then another for 12 nights. He had a blast and was obviously well taken care of. Anytime we checked the cameras, he was either resting or getting out his puppy energy in group play. I was extremely nervous after a not so great experience at another facility, but barks exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to board my boy there again.

Was so happy with my dog's recent stay at Barks Bed and Biscuit! Super friendly staff made me feel comfortable leaving my pet in their care. They put me at ease, listened to my questions. I love the cameras! I was able to check on him all throughout the day! I probably checked too much! I loved watching him during play time. My dogs a bit needy and the staff seemed happy to be attentive to him. It's all I could ask for! So happy! Highly recommend and will use in the future!

Awesome staff & clean facility. This is our go to place for weekly daycare and longer stays. Lola is our crazy little dog and they take very good care of her! 100% recommend!

I came here a few times but the last time I took my pup, he came home terrified for over a week. The day he was groomed I received a call from them saying he was being "nippy". When I came to pick him up he looked ok from the cut but his demeanor was completely different. He wouldn't eat, play, or act in his usual playful way. He appeared traumatized and had accidents everywhere which is NOT normal for him. I don't know what they did to him but I will not be taking him back here again.

Short story: Barks bed and biscuit...highly recommend. Long story: I have used barks multiple times that we have gone out of town for our silky terrier. She is 13 years young and not the biggest fan of other dogs so I am always a bit nervous to kennel her. Bark's has done a wonderful job every time we have used their services they take her out in the office for people socialization instead of putting her in group play times which we very much appreciate. Also, their groomer(s?) are great too! I usually give them free reign to do as they like and she always comes home looking adorable.

Dear Furry Friends,Barks Bed & Biscuit has been our top choice from the very get go when any day-care is required for me. I am a Furry Boy Husky who always likes play with other friends & have a tendency of frequent outdoor visit. BB&B always takes good care of me & I feel comfortable at this place. The best part is my Mom & Dad can always watch me & my tantrums through the online camera. I would recommend this day-care for my furry friends.With Love,Axel

My two fur babies, Henry and Sonya have been coming here for both grooming and boarding for quite sometime now. Sonya suffers from separation anxiety and is shy. Megan and staff go out of their way to make her feel comfortable and we can enjoy our time away knowing that our dogs are safe and in good hands.
