Horrible place. This Lady that works there Saturday mornings (5/1/2021 to be exact) is so rude and she just want to do other people miserable. EVEN IF YOU DONT NEED A RECEIPT AND HAVE LABELED PAID PACKAGES, YOU CANNOT DROP IT OFF AT THIS LOCATION, YOU MUST DO THE HUGE LINE. This has never happened to me before, usually in other USPS they even put a huge container for us that just drop off our packages to place them there if they are already labeled. This lady did not wanted to do that at all and made me and other person waste our time going there. She was so unprofessional and just ridiculous. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The postmaster at this location was super nice in assisting with a mail issue. Offered very helpful advice and service.Spoke with Melody today and she was very polite and assisted me with a problem.

Worst postal service I've ever experienced, and I've lived at over 15 different addresses. Not only do I regularly receive my next door neighbor's mail, I'm also delivered mail addressed to entirely different townships. On top of the inability to read addresses, our mail carriers are straight up lazy- refusing to take letters I've left out to be mailed. I realize that USPS has been trying to compete with UPS and FedEx, which is a total joke. No comparison whatsoever.

Despite being severely short-staffed, Mel provides excellent information and knows her frequent customers by name. If she doesn't know the answer (or have a recommendation) herself, she knows who the customer can contact. No matter how many people are in line, she focuses on whoever is at the counter until they are satisfied. One minor complain: please get the poor lady some help!

Because I had certificate of mailings and the lady said it would take too long she made me wait behind every customer that would come in. One guy even left to go home to get something and came back and I still hadn’t been helped. He tried to tell her to take me first since I’d been waiting about 35 minutes and she wouldn’t. She didn’t know the difference between certificate of mailing and certified and tried charging me about triple the price because she put them through as certified mail and not a certificate of mailing
