“Joe was excellent!!! Got me the car I wanted without any pressure, I’ll update in a month‼️READ BELOW‼️So it’s a Month and 16 days later and what do you know, the freaking engine locked up. I’m so upset because I paid way toooooo much money for this to happen.Update: Engine issue was due to car manufacturer recall( note this car had 1owner and 65,000miles), Soon as I called Joe he told me to contact the dealer because that was a common default/recall with the 2011 sonatas. I will recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great car at an affordable price!!! Did I mention LOW MILES!!!! And mostly cars with 1 or 2 owners‼️‼️‼️‼️?????? took it to the Hyundai dealer and they fixed it for free. They will come get your car or you can have it towed. Plus they give you a rental or Lyft which ever you perfer. All in all EGR was excellent. Even when I though my they sold me a lemon it wasn’t true, after the new engine put in the car is running great!!! (It’s now Feb 2021 and I got the car in Sept2020)UPDATE 2022 JUNE, GUESS WHAT? I still have my 2011 sonata I purchased in 2020 it is doing fine and now that I am a auto tech I can fix any issue should the come?? car is great n Joe thanks again palAs of March 2023, I still have my sonata.and it's running with no issues. Had to replace the fuel pump but that's normal mechanic wear due to poor maintenance on my end. I'll definitely be coming buy to get an SUV next ????????”
