I ordered matcha and they gave me a different order, when I returned they gave me a matcha that was blended with coffee as if they added the matcha to the coffee that mistakenly order. Awful service.

I like their coffee. The blond roast is my favorite but I cut back on the caffeine. They don't have a decaff coffee. They do have decaf espresso beans and you can order espresso drinks decaf. If you like all that fancy expensive types of coffee drinks, they have them all. Can't say too much about the food. Mostly microwaved stuff nothing is made fresh. The staff is usually friendly and a nice atmosphere. There is seating available inside and out at this location.

So fed up with this place only one who seems not to be a miserable mess is the guy with the beard the rest of them have the nerve to push the credit card machine in your face and say “tip or no tip” I legit been going out of my way now just to go to the cinaminson one.

In reference to Jasmine's review previously, I have to disagree. They made you 4 drinks which did not satisfy you. I know everyone on the current crew and give me great service and make me feel like family. I think I know the person you referred to as super hero and in my opinion he is a super hero. I do not believe he flinched at you or kicked you out. They are not expected to make a dozen drinks to satisfy you. The fact that they made you 4 drinks indicates you could not tell them what you expected. That is why they gave you a refund. I think it proves they did what they could to satisfy you.

The worst starbucks I have ever been to!! I normally do not come to this Starbucks at all but I was in the area and wanted a caramel ribbon crunch frap I was literally given milk and ice. I came around the drive through again and they remade it for me, again milk and ice the taste was horrible, color was off. I proceeded to go inside cafe, they remade it again, still sucks. Here come super hero I guess he is the shift supervisor, well he should be retrained because he lacks professionalism, customer service skills, management skills, the list can go on. I asked for a refund and he states that I can leave now and go else where? So I told him your kicking me out ? This man goes and flinches at me as if he wanted to do something to me haha silly right. Then I told him its in starbucks policy to remake customer’s drinks until they are satisfied with there drink or food item, he then states “what do you know about our policy, you dont know our policy” he was so disrespectful and ignorant. Very poor customer service and respect to a paying customer who is paying top dollar for drinks. I will never be returning back to this starbucks. He should not be a supervisor if the attitude and ignorance is happening from him. I then asked for his name he said I do not need to know his name.. cool so I asked for the store managers card he said theres none so I asked for his/her name he stated thats none of my business I can call another day and figure it out. How nice STARBUCKS of the people you have working for you and representing your establishment. Well you lost a regular customer who goes to starbucks everyday if not twice a day. I will not give my hard working money to a business who does not show respect to paying customers especially someone who flinches there face and hands at me. Drinks are made poorly and tastes like nothing poorly just like there customer service. I hope this review gets to someone who is higher in this company. THANK YOU FOR THE INCONSIDERATE, IGNORANT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED TONIGHT.

One of the rudest Starbucks i go to. If you email Starbucks, they tell you to go back in the store and get your drink fixed. If there’s a problem… I’m not always able to do this, because I don’t realize it until after I leave but today I was, and the lady basically snatched it out of my hand to fix it. No apology for wasting my time having to come back. They are always just rude at this Starbucks. Hate that it’s the closest one.

I have had the worst experiences in drink quality here for months, but didn’t want to put a review because I felt bad for them. But today they decided to:1) leave mobile order on in the app2) lock down their store and not allow anyone inside to collect the drinks they ordered on mobileI caught their attention inside and pointed to my drink. They pointed to the drive through that was wrapped around the shopping complex. People place mobile orders to avoid waits. So I wasted money and time.I have never been a Starbucks this unorganized with consistently terrible drink quality and service.

Worst service ever the drive thru line be so long so I went inside to order I was standing there for about 2mins before someone took my order then when taking my order I was standing waiting for my order for about 10 mins. They Focus more on the drive thru and then when you get your food the food is not even hot. Will never go back to this one here again

Went to get my usual drink in the drive-thru. They gave me an in store pick-up's drink. Went around again & of course, now I had 4 cars in front of me, so had to wait AGAIN. They gave me WHAT I THOUGHT was my drink & did a taste test. Nothing sweet in there what-so-ever. This time I went in. They made another 1. This time it was ok. The problem I had was that I usually do not tip them, but this time I did & everything was wrong. The girl w/ squiggly blue hair & glasses was VERY RUDE & had absolutely no apologies for me. You need to learn customer etiquette. When I'm paying $6 for a drink, ya better get it right. To all who read this, if u can help it, don't ever leave without checking your stuff 1st, because after all, it's obviously rocket science they're working with in there.?

I'm waiting in line. 4 women employees ,1 helping a lady,went 1 to use the bathroom, 2 cleaning counters ,No one ask me what did I want so I walked out. I'm good ,no worries... ?
