I took my trench coat to be dry cleaned and pressed. It had a lot of wrinkles in it. They were able to get the small stain out. But it doesn’t appear they did anything about the wrinkles. I asked if that was the best they could do and they said yes. I’ve taken it home and gotten some of the wrinkles out myself so if I can do it they could. It cost $30 to dry clean this jacket.

These people are absolutely disrespectful and i hope it is not a race thing but this is the third incident i have had with them, i walk in and she is doing a fitting the gentleman before me she graciously stopped and helped them i walk in and she goes back to a fitting watches me patiently sit and wait and never says a word, finally i just walked out. Im tired of overlooking the race thing but i pay to live in this community and all money is green. She is a racist and i wont stop until they go out of business!!!!

Wouldn’t come here again. Paid over $200 for alterations for a dress. The dress didn’t even cost that much. Alterations were done in 2 weeks which was nice, but when I got to my event the dress was still way too long. She didn’t shorten it enough. Waste of money.Service: Alterations

I visited 'prestige' cleaners earlier this afternoon to drop off a garment for cleaning, and to get my measurements taken for a separate made to order gown. The place has awesome reviews and is really convenient distance wise, so I was excited to try them out. I will not be going back. Even though their website claims they they tailor, I called this morning anyway to confirm that someone could take my measurements. The gentleman I spoke to was super nice and said to come in anytime after 9am. Fast forward to my lunch break, I make my way over. The lady at the register is pleasant and enters my garment for cleaning information accordingly. I then asked her about the measurements and to my surprise she says 'No, we don't do that'. I politely told her that I spoke to someone a few hours earlier who adamantly confirmed that they in fact do offer this service. I showed her the list of measurements I needed, to which she said 'Sorry we can't'. So to be crystal clear, I asked her 'Is it that you can't or wont'. To which she just shook her head and said she doesn't want to. I asked for my item for dry cleaning back, and left. To be refused service for no reason is frustrating and disrespectful. I hope they see this and don't treat people this way 'just because'. If it is a bad time, or of the service is not truly offered - say that. But the way she handled it was not appropriate.

Dropped off a jacket to have the zippers replaced and a good cleaning done. It came back to me looking like brand new! The lady at the counter was extremely friendly too. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

My black blazer fell onto the floor and picked up a lot of dog hair. It needed a clean anyway, and there's no way I was going to get every piece of barb-ended fur out by myself. Enter Prestige Cleaners, conveniently located by Dooney's and Shop Rite (but without the terrifying SR parking lot). The lady quoted the price and asked when I needed it. I was in no rush, so we agreed on a week. When I picked up the blazer a week later, it was immaculate. Not even one piece of dog hair. Jet black. Perfect. I'll be back.

Because of Covid my bridesmaids dress came in super late, in a panic I dropped it off and they had it done in 3 days. They said it was no problem at all, told me not to worry, and it was done really well! They did such an amazing job!Service: Alterations
