“My husband and I recently completed the 6-week puppy training class with trainer Chrissy. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process. We learned 2-3 commands each class. We learned everything we wanted to know in regards to training our puppy as well as a few extra commands. She gave us step by step instructions for us to practice at home and while on walks. During class, Chrissy would show us how the command is done and then have us give it a try while she provided helpful feedback. If we still had a few problem areas, we would go over it some more at the next class. So far, our puppy has been doing well with the training exercises at home. We look forward to booking another 6 week class with Chrissy soon. I highly recommend Chrissy for all of your puppy/dog training needs.”

“I have an elderly cat with hyperthyrodism and failing kidneys. Needs prescription diet which she will not eat. The owner has taken a lot of time with me, introducing me to brands low in phosphorous that my cat enjoys. The owner is a veterinarian, used to be a research vet in nutrition. She also carries toys, treats, kibble and canned food for dogs. The store is very attractively organized and the owner and employees helpful and knowledgeable.”

“I recently had an emergency situation caring for a friend's dogs after he suffered an emergency medical situation. Diamond dog food company donated some dog food to assist in the situation and I was told to go there and pick up the food. When I got there the employees were very empathetic and helpful”

Benfield Hospital is also right there connected to the PetSmart store, providing well visits and treatment for any ailment your little friend may have. All I need is right there! “I brought my cat in to get his nails clipped since they were super long and the woman who did it for me did a great job. I plan on going back with my cat for future appointments even though today was a walk in and within 10 mins, me and my cat were all done. I would definitely Recommend going to PetSmart at Bustleton Avenue for grooming for your pet. I'm definitely gonna bring my dog and my cat back to the same girl for repeat business. She did a great job.”

“Love this place my pup has been here twice for grooming ,they always groom my dog perfectly but every time I pick him up from grooming I he comes home with a horrible cough that last for weeks sometimes and he also pees in the house a lot afterwards but he’s trained idk what’s going on”
