I went there today and met the most amazing certified bed expert her name is Elizabeth. She is the sweetest, most personable, smart, very knowledgeable in her field. It was a pleasure to work with her. She listened attentively and made suggestions after I explained some health issues. I appreciate her and spent quite a bit of time there talking with her. I bought a bed! We need many more Elizabeth 's in the world!

elizabeth is the best. i have never bought a mattress before, and i went in not having any idea what i really wanted or needed. she was so super nice and patient and helpful with all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. she made a process i was really worried and unsure about very easy and positive.

Richard was the only employee at the location. However, waiting was not an issue for me. He was quite courteous letting me know he would get to me after the customer before me. When he did get to me he was apologetic and was helpful with serving me.

After walking into the Delran location, I was greeted in a friendly manner by Tom. Tom introduced himself and then he began his soft approach to determine my needs in a mattress. He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and most of all professional. The best part of my experience was that Tom made suggestions without being pushy and allowed me to come to my own conclusion. This is my second experience purchasing a mattress from the Delran, NJ location. It has been one my best ever purchasing experiences in my life.
I bought a Tempur Luxe Adapt13 Medium Hybrid Matress and a Pressure Smart Plush Mattress and box spring. I highly recommend working with Tom for your mattress solutions❤️
