Currently on hold for a hour and 3mins and still counting as I write this review. They have picked up the line and put it back on hold without saying a word. I just need 1 question answered. There is no way this place can be professional. Where is the office manager to see a patient is on hold over a hour?

I don't know how this place has good reviews! The woman at the front desk has a terrible attitude! I heard her discussing another patients info which hello HIPPA violation. As she's checking me in she has my paperwork out of the desk in front of another patient! Like they don't need to know my information or what I'm getting blood work for! As for the phlebotomist she's really sweet but blows out my veins eveytime. Needs to have more practice.

This place is great for routine blood draws. Urine specimens however, just don't come here. A routine blood draw they are quick and generally friendly with. A urine sample will take an hour minimum and they will forget and then get rude.

I usually go to the LabCorp in Delran. It’s much faster and I barely have to wait like I do when I go to Burlington. Not ghetto like the one in Burlington either. I just wish it was open on weekends. No complaints at all bout the LabCorp in Delran.

It seems to be hit or miss with this place. I have been here over an hour and all that was accomplished was signing in..they managed to fill up the back room. But you need to draw the blood.

Awesome experience! Had a 11am appt was in the chair getting my blood drawn at 11:05 the latest. The staff were professional, friendly and my experience was painless!! I sincerely highly recommend this office..

I don’t love getting bloodwork (I mean, who does??). I pass out if I can feel the needle too much which adds to the fun. Anyway, I didn’t have an appointment so I went on a weekday around 9:30 am and had about a 3 minute wait. Then the phlebotomist was great - truly didn’t even feel the needle and it was QUICK. Definitely will be going back to this location for any future lab work that I need!

Every single time I come here, I'm always back in the room as soon as I'm done checking in . Absolutely zero wait time and then on top of that, I can never tell you when they stick the needle in or take it out. They are amazing at what they do. Love it and the staff!.

The experience is awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Here is why:People are ignorant and not responsible. I was there to do drug test for my employer which was scheduled way prior. It took me 1 hour to complete this test (just urine). Person told me that she needs this much urine after I came back she said I need more. And she suggested me to drink more water and wait 20 minutes. Here how it works - if you drink 2-4 hours water before test - results come back diluted and HR will ask you to complete test again. People working at this location don’t know what they are doing and are not responsible for they work and it’s a BIG PROBLEM.

Me and my son which is only 4 years old went as soon as they open and was out fast Reysa was amazing she made my son so comfortable and he didn’t even cry she was fast and wonderful I would definitely recommend her if you go there

This was my first visit today to this location of LabCorp. Everything from reception to blood draw was quick, easy, and I was impressed with the caring attitude of the employees.

Very good experience. I had to do my 3 hour glucose test there and all the staff was friendly , very accommodating. They even put me in a room with a lounge chair. First time the 3 hours passed fast.

I have come here in the past where the front staff was rude but that was not the case today. I had the chance to be taken care of by Arlene and not only was she incredibly sweet and patient with me, but she was very friendly with other patients and really great at her job. Only giving 4 stars because the check in had issues and wouldn't stop loading.
