Very much switch and bait on the pricing. The advertised price was less than 1/3 of the cost that we were charged and was not informed of this until after we had gone through the whole process. Only came in because the software was giving us issues and their online support was unable to assist. Was not talked to at all about our taxes during this process so I have no idea of we got the best return or not. Better off doing your taxes yourself or going anywhere else.
