I went there to have a PM service done on my 2021 freightliner Cascadia. They did the oil change for a lower than average price. You get what you pay for they neglected to install the O-ring around my Oil filter which caused the oil to spill all over the engine. When I called to complain they never answered the phone after repeated calls and attempts to get this rectified. Patronized his business at your own risk!Service: Oil change

Herman, the owner of the facility is a very nice & knowledgeable guy. He is charging reasonable. Knowledgeable Techs do all the repair work nicely. No complaints. I recommend all of the fellow truckers to come here if they need to do repair works.

Heartless people. Lenny's is the WORST because they put money before compassion. The owner refused to let my son get his personal items out of his car after being in an accident. She said that they need to be able to sell his personal belongings if he fails to pay for the tow job. He was taken to the hospital from the accident seen and just needed his medication but they said NO. When I went over there the next day the owner said he never specifically asked for his medication. How many people are in their right frame of mind after being in an accident that was so severe that they needed to go to the hospital especially someone who hasn't had their necessary medication on time. I begged the owner to let him get his medication so we could go home and get him back on his medication but she insisted on badgering me with her company policy to the point that I walked out and called the police. That's when she finally let him get his medications out of the car. Heartless people.

They are thiefs! My car was impounded and was sent to them, it sat for about a month..regardless of how long it sat for I was told "its secure" "nobody will be in it" and "the car comes in the same way it leaves" when I got there to pick up my items the car was TRASHED! I know where everything was placed and I had a brand new bicycle for my son in there that was rode maybe 4 times. Their response was "I don't see why anybody would want to take a bike" if you see it or not it was taken along with probably other things! DO NOT LET YOUR CAR SIT HERE!!!! and I was told it was moved from one spot to the other, obviously that's when it was ransacked..if its so secure they have cameras right? I wasnt offered any sympathy or any kind of help! They're buddies with the local police so no point in calling them. GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY AND YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW! You stole a 4 year olds birthday present, tow that!!

The WORST tow service, RipOff artist !! Had car accident, found out from another tow service Police Dept always calls them. Charged $250 to tow less than mile; than if pay by credit card wants 3 photo IDs than say they only take cash. UnProfessional to the 1000 Power smfh

This company by far is the WORST ever!! My parents were in town twice, with a handicap placard in their window and this company towed them on 2 separate occasions. It is horrible how they take advantage of people. After all the inconvenience they don't event take credit cards, get with the times. I hope you all go out of business for your lack of professionalism and horrible business practices.

I called to find out how much it would be to get my car out and they quoted me a price and when I got there an hour later it was an entirely different price! Of course for much higher. I did pick my car up on a Sunday, I questioned the price and the man behind the counter said I must have talked with the owner and he quoted the lower price, and the higher price was what I had to pay as that's the price he printed out. I said I shouldn't have been quoted one price and then charged another. He said technically they weren't open so I could just come get it tomorrow. The only way to get my car that day was to pay the inflated price. Then the guy behind the counter called someone in the back. The person on the other end must have asked how much he charged us and he said yeah, I told them XXX and they paid it, yeah XXX is what I told them, they paid the XXX. Which makes me feel like they were just trying to get whatever money they could out of me. Only does business in cash!
