By far the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had I switched to CVS after moving to Delran they tried to charge me over $200 dollars for a prescription I was getting at Rite Aid for $15 and yes I have insurance and never had an issue . When I questioned the price and said that my former pharmacy didn’t charge that price I was told by the pharmacist well go get it from Rite Aid!! And so I did and even though I have to drive out of my way I will not be returning the way I was talked to was so upsetting and rude that they don’t need my business

Staff members are helpful but you are severely understaffed for a place where customers need product information. The automated check out system is fraught with errors and is in need of update

⚠️ Avoid ⚠️
This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. The techs are rude. Telling us to use an app when we are here to pick up our monthly medications. You can't order all meds on the app and they will call you back is a joke.
I get set back 2-5 days without my medicine every month. My parents are disabled seniors. I appreciate that my new pharmacy works with us and the physicians.

This is the worst CVS I’ve ever used. They DO NOT answer the phones at all! They don’t fill meds correctly and the customer service is bunk.

Outrageous wait to either drop off or pickup your prescriptions. They have two speeds here slow and stop. I'm no longer a customer.

Leaves for lunch after cars waiting for 20 mins in drive through. Then pharmacy closes at 6pm on a Saturday when the rest of the store doesn’t close until 8. They are also known as the worst cvs around.

Everytime we come to pick up rx from this location it's a hassle. The close the drive-thru, the line inside is always atleast a 25 min wait or if the drive-thru is open it take 25 min to even get to the window and then another 15-20 min for anyone to help you. Cvs needs to do better for the customer and even more so for their overworked understaffed employees. The ceo should be ashamed.

This place has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Pharmacy staff is completely rude and my medications are ALWAYS mixed up. I'm a insulin depended diabetic and have had to pay out of pocket cost for hospital visits due to the incompetence of the pharmacist and staff regarding my medication. It's the worst.

Unfortunately I have to come here monthly to pick up my mothers medications and it doesn’t matter if you walk in or go to the drive thru, prepare to spend 30-40 minutes waiting to get your prescription. They seem understaffed but even when they here are 4+ people working it’s still backed up. If you value your time please go to a different pharmacy. Btw I’m writing this as I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes now. They need a better system.

After another CVS gave me the run around for hours and messed up the transfer of my prescription, this location corrected it and had me taken care of. All in the last hour they were open. They were busy too and stayed on top of it. Corporate seems to be a mess and can’t address wait times but the team here was great!

Ridiculous amount of waiting time at both drive thru and walk in service for the pharmacy.. had the tech acted the least bit apologetic I’d not have been upset but each time they acted as if they couldn’t care less ?
