“I like living here. Nice wood floors in my unit except bedroom, but that's what I prefer. The maintenance guys are pretty good and easy to contact if an issue comes up. Landscaping this summer has been an improvement and makes the complex look even nicer. They are also painting the buildings and re-paving the parking lots so it seems like they are really making investments for the residents. Great location because I am close to many good restaurants and stores. Very close to Philly and major highways, like route 130, NJ Tpk, 295, and 95”

“Jackie was a great agent for us she helped us so much. We had a little issue with our apartment they gave us the wrong size. Just a little miscommunication but she was able to help sort that out without a problem. She was very informative and nice. Definitely recommend working with Jackie for anyone looking to move here.”

“Very nice and quiet apartment complex. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Rent is fairly priced and there's no d*** hidden/added fees for things that you don't need.”

“This bulding and this management is one of the best that i ever had to be a part of. They have been doing an amazing job making sure the building is always safe and clean. The maintenance calls are always fast and helpful. The location is also undeniably coveniant. It's with in less then 10 minutes to everything.”

“I have been living at Fox Meadow apartments for less than a month. So far everything is great. My kids are having a blast and enjoying their summer. I love that they get to play right outside with other kids their age. They love going to the clubhouse and the pool. The staff there is nice and courteous. My leasing agent Mercedes was so patient and so understanding of my situation when I first applied for the apartment. She is personable, kind and patient. I am very pleased to have dealt with her.”

“Let me start off by saying this is a great community with some great neighbors. I've never had major issues here. It's generally quiet and you can feel pretty safe taking a walk at night. Maintenance (in my experience) has been quick to respond and fix issues. I do think the laundry machines are a bit costly to use especially with the price of the rent here but atleast the option is there.I've lived here 2 years so far and the pool has never been open, but they continue to advertise the pool in their marketing materials as an amenity. Despite the lack of pool, my rent has been raised by roughly 10% each year. I'm essentially funding the repairs of a pool I've never swam in and if management continues to raise the rent like they have been, I will likely never get to swim in it after the repairs are complete.”

“Me and my hubby called Brittany Springs Apt home for seven wonderful years today, and it's been nothing short of exceptional. “I lived at the Metropolitan for about a year while living in South Jersey and I have to say that it was a phenomenal experience through and through. From the flexibility in their lease durations and very responsive and welcoming staff to the overall ease of the move in and out process, I have nothing but good things to say about the facilities.

Pros:
- It’s close to but not in downtown Philly and the Amtrak or Patco
- You’re walking distance from the River
- About 10 minutes from Cherry Hill Mall and (I think 3) Planet Fitness
- All staff and neighbors are extremely friendly and respectful
- Very affordable
- No roaches or insects
- Generally no mice

Cons:
- There was a small period (about a month) where an older long time tenant was moving out and the mice he had moved in, but it was very short lived

Overall: Would highly recommend to anyone looking to move to the area! It’s arguably the best find on this side of South Jersey for renting. I would definitely move back if ever in the area.

“My girlfriend and I have lived here for the past year with relatively no issues. Any issues we've had shouldn't impact anyone's decision to move in. They also made moving in very easy given I was out of state.Not crazy about the price hike, which is our reason for moving out, but this is a business and they are charging what people are willing to pay. “We are thoroughly enjoying our residence at Hill brook Place apartment, which is conveniently located near the supermarket. The area is exceptionally clean, rules are consistently followed, and outdoor amenities are well-maintained. Additionally, the community is lush with greenery and abundant open spaces.”

“I had a tour last week at Algon with the property manager Kim. Kim showed me a 1bedroom apartment and gave me a tour of the complex and explained the entire process. I left feeling like if I moved here I would be in good hands. The unit was nice and spacious. I am definitely considering this place.”

“Normal doesn't mean Bad. I have been at the Brookmont for about 3 years and had to move to a new state for a new job. The complex offers exactly what it has... a nice place to live at an affordable price. The maintenance staff have always been prompt and pleasant to work with. The area is quiet. Neighbors tend to be nice or leave you alone. Management staff are friendly and I never had any issues getting things I needed resolved.That said, there are some drawbacks. The appliances, while perfectly functional, are somewhat dated. For example, the dryer sometimes needs to run twice to dry everything. This was my first experience with a gas stove, and this may be my personal opinion but it seems worse than their electric counterparts. The bathroom was designed for a person who is 5'5'', so I always needed to bend down to see myself in the mirror or take a shower. There was a mice problem at one point, however management did work towards a solution and I have yet to see another rodent since! As you might imagine, these issues are more irritating than actual problems.Overall, I enjoyed my time at the Brookmont. When looking for a place to live, having somewhere that is quiet, peaceful, and doesn't cause problems is just about all anyone would ask for! The Brookmont delivers on these expectations. I would consider this complex to be a benchmark for a perfectly normal place to live at an affordable price. In my opinion, If the appliances were updated and the bathroom was redesigned for someone who is 6 feet tall, that would be enough for me to give it 5 stars instead of 4.Thanks again for everyone at the Brookmont for providing me with a pleasant stay!”
