I was rerouted here for my Carvana review. Less than ideal experience, first car heat was not working called to exchange and the order was processed incorrectly and I was double charged. Totally fine… but then had to redo transaction lost my delivery date and had to extend my rental car. And was met with basically an “oh well, sucks for you”. Everything is about protocol no empathy for mistakes made ontheir part. No attempt at restitution or empathy whatsoever. Not a great experience.second car came with a less than clean interior.

I had the smoothest greatest experience with my 1st car buying experience with Carvana. Reading reviews I was a little nervous but they made my experience to smooth! I’d HIGHLY recommend I lovee my new car especially not having the best credit & a voluntary repo I was approved for a 2021 with 30k miles for 500 a month I’m so grateful! So if you need a 2nd chance with a car note check them out!

This was my second experience with Carvana. My husband purchased his C-300 from Carvana and had a wonderful experience. I figured I’d roll the dice despite the horror stories I’d heard in the news. What a tragic mistake that was.Purchased a 2021, Mazda CX-30 and it was supposed to be delivered on 12/6/23. I received a notification that delivery was delayed until 12/8, an inconvenience sure, but not a deal breaker. The delivery window was between 11 AM and 2 PM. At 1:30 I reached out to Carvana to confirm delivery would still be punctual. I was ensured it would be even though I hadn’t received notification that it’s been dispatched yet. I knew then it would be late. Still…not a deal breaker. 2PM came and went. 3 PM passed without any word from Carvana. At 3:58, I received a call. “Hello! This is Ashley from Carvana. I’m outside with your vehicle.” Even DoorDash gives you notification that your food is on the way, but Carvana doesn’t with a $27k vehicle. Still…not a deal breaker.She unloaded the vehicle and while signing the paperwork informed me that the gas pump wasn’t working and the car had been delivered with the gas tank on E. She offered me a $60.00 gift card for the inconvenience that she would tell Carvana to send me. I didn’t really care about the gift card. However, it was nice to have something offered for the inconvenience. It had been chilly that day so I let the car warm up for about fifteen minutes before heading to the gas station. The temperature sensor never moved. I figured it just hadn’t warmed up long enough. The next day I was careful to warm the car up for quite some time, but after a half an hour the temperature hadn’t changed. I needed to leave so I just started driving. I had driven for bout an hour and twenty minutes total and the car hadn’t warmed up. I also smelled burning periodically. The next day I drove for four hours and the temperature finally moved…slowly. It reach about a quarter of the way of the gauge and never warmed anymore. While driving, the check engine light came. I reported the issue to Carvana and I was told to take it to a Silver Rock approved mechanic. There was one right around the corner but he refused to run a diagnostic that would take mere minutes because he said, “Silver rock doesn’t pay”. I now had to take time away from work to take the car to another mechanic. Being disabled, I have limited energy and time before I am unable to function. But, I took the car to the second mechanic. They ran a diagnostic that indicated it was a coolant problem. They topped off the coolant free of charge and told me to bring the vehicle back if the check engine light didn’t go off. It didn’t, but by then, I just wanted to swap to another vehicle as I was still within that seven day window. After a bit of back and forth they let me swap the vehicle without taking it back to the mechanic. I swapped for another 2021 Mazda CZ-30, but the model above mine. This car has the same exact issue, though it doesn’t take as long to warm up, it still takes at least an hour and the temperature outside today is 40 degrees. Not warm, but certainly not frigid. The check engine light came on day six, and when attempting to swap the vehicle for one of equal, or even a lesser price, my financing terms are much higher. Not to mention, they withdrew the full $1,790.00 for the down payment out of my account when the down payment for the first car should’ve been applied. I was eventually refunded the money, but by then. It was too late. I’d already been overdrafted and hit with fees. This was one of the worst car buying experiences I’ve ever had and I’m stuck with a car that I can’t even get inspected because it won’t pass. Now, I have to spend another day at the mechanic before I can even get the car inspected. I will NEVEE buy another car from Carvana. I don’t care if I have to walk. I’ll walk before I give them my hard earned money ever again.

My Carvana experience has by far been one of the easiest on such a larger purchase I have done. I would recommend Carvana to anyone looking to sell, trade or purchase a vehicle.

It was an awesome experience buying my car from Carvana watching it come out the vending machine and the advocate was very friendly and knowledgeable I would highly recommend any one looking to purchase a vehicle to Carvana!!

Asia was the CARVANA representative that collected our 2017 CAD ATS. The whole sales process was smooth and easy, but having a human like her complete the transaction was invaluable. She is an asset to the group!

I don’t know much about selling cars but I listed my car on a few sites before inquiring about Carvana. Carvana made the complete process extremely easy from submitting my car information online, picking up the car, handing me my check and paying off the 10 day payoff on the vehicle. No doubt, I would sell another car with Carvana.

In and out of dropping my truck off within 30 minutes. I felt bad that the years of paperwork that I had complied they didn’t want to take to give to the next owner, and even more guilty selling a truck that had been so good to me. The lack of headaches though made the process worth it

Highly recommend!! I sold my car through Carvana this week and it was so easy! I filled out my vehicle information online and got an instant offer. The offer was very fair so I accepted it. Then all I had to do was enter in my proof of ownership and loan information. Once that was verified by Carvana I scheduled an appointment for my car to be picked up at my home. They charge a $75.00 pick up fee but it was well worth it. A wonderful woman came to my home exactly on time for when they said someone would arrive. I signed some paperwork she did a quick inspection of my vehicle. Once everything was in order she handed me a check on the spot and loaded my vehicle onto her cool Carvana truck and done! It was so easy great experience! Thanks Carvana!

My experience with was very easy and professional staff. However the 2015 car I brought from Caravan had no back breaks and that was very unsafe for me. It was my first and last purchase from Caravan for that reason. They didn't care about the safety of my for anyone else.

I don't know about Delanco Inspection Center, but I purchased my car from Carvana. The car was delivered with the Service Light (Exclamation Point going through a car image) ON. I'm not sure why they allowed this to occur.I should NEVER have accepted delivery of the vehicle. That's on me.Fortunately, I'm very familiar with the car and was able to realize it was not a major issue.My dealership (I've purchased two new versions of the vehicle from them) was able to fix the issue without a problem.

I truly had the best experience on Carvana. I would highly recommend them to family & friends. Whoever knew that buying a car could be that easy. Everything is done online. Once you get your pre approval you can start shopping. All questions are answered including your down payment and monthly car payment. They even offer insurance. I’m in love with my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. Carvana has truly made car shopping fun!!!

Best auto experience ever! From the website to picking up my car. I would recommend doing the store experience vs delivery, but which ever way you choose it'll definitely be good.
