NOT LIKE YOU SEE ON TV. Pretty simple online to sell my old Mazda 3 but when it came time to schedule a pick up, no pick up option. I called about it. On hold for 58 minutes and still no service rep answered. Wasn't going to get much for it but that was OK. However I'm sure the bad publicity and bad reviews will cost them more in business and profits than the low 3 figures they offered me. They make fancy commercials but have no clue how to run a business. Stay away. Also note that the original investors and CEO in this company are selling their stock like crazy. Not a good sign. See SEC filings Form 4. Also stock down 60% over last 3 years.

I Love using Carvana. I’d refer everyone. I got a great amount from trading in my car and I picked my new car. So easy . Everything done online . When they came out they dropped off my new car and took my old one. Easiest way to buy or sell. I loved that nobody to hassle you when choosing a car .

I had the worst experience of having my car stolen. During that process I was overwhelmed with searching for a car and not having transportation to take me to and from different car dealerships. A friend informed me about Carvana and how seamless their car buying process was with them. So, I took their advice and it was the best decision. I was able to search for cars within my price range right online in the convenience of my home. I found the prefect car for me and filled out everything online. The process step by step was seamless and easy. The system was user friendly and I received timely alerts when my car was ready for pick up. They offered delivery, but I wanted to experience the car vending machine with the token which was exciting. Overall, I am happy with my car buying experience and would definitely recommend Carvana.

The agent who conducted the initial transaction and sale of vehicle was friendly and efficient. The tow truck driver arrived 24 hours later to tow the vehicle and was not professional in his approach. He drug the vehicle onto the flatbed causing the wheels to leave skid marks in front of our property. He didn’t seem to care about the vehicle or our property. We were left to clean up the skid marks left in front of our house, caused by the driver dragging the vehicle onto the flatbed. We wanted to make you aware of our disappointment to watch a practically new vehicle being dragged down the street in that manner.

My car was delivered to me with a missing part. I filed a claim through Carvana to get the part fixed. The claim was approved but when I picked my car up from the repair shop they said the car needs a whole new fender. By the time I got my car back from the shop, my 7-day return was up and I’m unable to make a claim to have the car fixed. Now I’m stuck paying for a piece of junk. To say I’m pissed is an understatement.

The cars are trash. They take used cars and fix the outside and resale for double. Buy a car from strangers people have heard of, don't take the risk. They get just as much returns as they do sales.

First and foremost, this entire experience was above expectations at all. Car delivery was delayed 3 times, requested to pick up it up and that wasn’t an option. Car was missing cap to rim, car had more scratches then the video actually showed on website. Wipers blades were bald, engine is missing a hose. Spent a ton of money on detailing car was dirty and dusty. Paid $240 for detailing to try to remove the scratches from entire car. Still didn’t come out. I did speak to a rep who placed an order for the cap and for the reimbursement of my wipers blades so that made me a little happy. But other then would not recommend. Go to the dealership and look at the car!!! This way you know what you’re getting.
