Maid Gem has been my Short term rentals and ones I manage for 3 years now. They have been a fantastic asset for my team and have been improving and working with my new software even better. They just changed over management in Jan 24 and seem to be adding more systems to integrate with my property management company. Looking forward to continuing our relationship.

I have used this company twice so far. They respond quickly, have very fair rates and do their work quickly. Scheduling is easy too, they usually have appointments same week or even next day. My house is spotless thanks to them. I would give 6 stars if I could.Services: Standard cleaning

My son bought a house that was left filthy from top to bottom. I called Maid Gem on a Thursday and they came out on the following Saturday for a deep cleaning. After they left it looked like a different house. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for the services they provide to give them a try. You will not be disappointed.Service: Deep clean

They cleaned great but they do not speak English WHAT SO EVER! Which was a huge problem because they offer took my words the wrong was because they didn’t know what I was saying! I also gave them strict instructions multiple time not to put any harsh chemicals in the toilets or down the drains because of my septic tank and they still did so! Even though I provided them with septic safe cleaning supplies.

Cleaned Great HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND !!! They DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH ! RUINED MY SEPTIC TANK UP ! I will be pressing charges for these damages!!! I STATED ON CAMERA NOT USE NO HARH CHEMICALS as they had an translation app . They literally was providing by me with cleaning supplies and STILL USED HARSH CHEMICALS SEE YOU IN COURT OHHH AND these damages range from 10k and up ! I CAUGHT THE FLU FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES!!! Have hospital records to prove it!!! Hopefully I can SUE FOR THAT !!! Will NOT BE ASKING YALL TO RETURN EVER HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND IF YOU DONT SPEAK SPANISH !!! The Boss Himself CANT EVEN TELL HIS OWN PEOPLE WHAT TO AND WHAT NOT TO Do AND HE SPEAKS SPANISH !!!! Just was an all AROUND HEADACHE

Maid Gem does an excellent job. The women were very professional, thorough and careful with all the contents of my home. Did an incredible job, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. My home smelled clean and fresh and I couldn't be happier. Look forward to them coming back every 2 weeks and making my life so much easier. Highly recommend them!!!
