Staff is great and I loved it when it was Investers bank. But As soon as they switched over to Citizens they took away my debit card and said I cant have one unless I pay a fee which I never had with Investers.

I just had an amazing and helpful experience with an employees working Christmas eve none the less. I hope I get her name right and I'm sorry if I'm wrong but Rose was extremely helpful and kind and everything a person working in customer service should be
