I have been an occupant of this motel on and off for many years. I find the accommodations soul soothing, relaxing, clean and very quiet. The manager Roger and his beautiful wife have been running this motel for the last few years and have made significant improvements to the property and continue to bring forward appreciable changes. I recently had a stay at Traveller's Inn that left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The poor customer service, especially the behavior of the Indian manager, significantly impacted the overall experience.From the outset, there were issues with privacy as the manager forcefully entered rooms while guests were still inside. This blatant disregard for privacy is unacceptable in any reputable establishment.Furthermore, our simple request for a three-hour extension was met with unnecessary complications. We reiterated our willingness to cover the extension fee through the security deposit, but instead of a smooth resolution, the encounter took a turn for the worse.The most concerning aspect was a phone call from the manager, marked by yelling and unprofessional behavior. Such conduct not only reflects poorly on the manager but also tarnishes the reputation of the entire establishment.Traveller's Inn needs to address these issues promptly. Guests deserve respect, privacy, and professional treatment. I hope this review prompts the necessary improvements for a more positive experience for future guests.

This place is dirty. Borderline filthy. I had no towels in my room, and yet the gentleman at the front desk said that it wasn't possible. It is. Burn holes in the carpet and blanket. If there was half a star, that would be kind. Total waste of money. The room felt dirty. I normally don't post negative things, but you need to go elsewhere.

This place is ok. Nothing special, ugly rooms, carpet, weirdly made beds but no bugs in the room, a/c works, tv works, shower ok.Rooms: Ugly and basicNearby activities: There is a lot in driving distance; restaurants, shopping, farms, etc.Safety: I haven't had any problems. Cameras work. Not a high-traffic place on my side.Walkability: Not very walkable. Wawa is about 1/2 mile and QuickCheck is 1 mile.Food & drinks: Some drinks(water, soda), snacks and a microwave are available available in the office.

The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and properly stocked. It was quiet and the other patrons kept to themselves. Very nice experience and I will definitely be back. Thanks so much ?

Should be named the roach motel... I can't speak for the other rooms but the room I was there in had roaches.Rooms: The rooms have roaches.! I have seen them first hand and not happy

We thought it was a nice hotel. Until we found the roaches, Infested with roaches as soon as we shut the Lights, they started crawling on us, so we just left. We were only there for 1 night and one night was enough

It seemed like a really good hotel at first but then we found the roaches... They are infested with roaches.. What else can I say? It's very disgusthing and obviously not cmean we're only surface cleaned.

I couldn't find the owner being friendly at all. It started with parking my vehicle. Asked me to move it 3 times. Later on other guests parked in these spots.Check-in was as unfriendly.Burnholes in the linen in a non-smoker room are quite strange, especially when you were told under no circumstances to smoke in the room, don't bring a dog in the room etc.Being a non-smoker and not having a dog with me this all but friendly.

The owners are very friendly. In a good area for food and shopping. The rooms are clean. Definable recommend!

Avoid this place at all cost service beyond below the bottom of the bucket and the rooms are disgusting that is what they charge you for a pee stained mattress and sheets.....is..... if your real lucky the night attendant charges you $20.⁰⁰ cash security deposit.

Saw some roaches and it seems to have a rat problem. Was also very rude to my friend when she dropped by to meet me, demanding to know what she was doing there.

I stayed here as a staycation and it was the BEST! From check-in to check-out, I was beyond satisfied with the level of friendly, above and beyond customer service, which today is such a rarity.
