Today, I took my car to the Dayton Toyota service center because the check engine light came on after driving through a pool of water during heavy rainfall a few days ago. Tom ensured that my car was diagnosed and repaired. It's not the first time I've visited Dayton, and each visit confirms that they uphold honest business practices; they never recommend something you don't need. Additionally, you receive a free car wash afterward. Thank you, Tom, and I believe the North Brunswick service center has a lot to learn from you.

Was shopping for a new Camry recently. Drove over to Dayton. They wanted a $2,000 market adjustment with an array of what I consider useless (for a customer) crap. I will never walk thru their door again based on their gouging practices. Your experience may vary.

We went to Dayton Toyota and bought a new truck. the salesperson, Atif, was very helpful and informative. We had a good experience and would recommend everyone to seek out Atif if you want to have a good and stressless experience. He took his time to answer all our questions and we came out feeling happy that we found the right truck for us.

From reading all the negative reviews about price gouging I was skeptical about bringing my vehicle here. But I said I'll give it a try. The reviews were correct about price gouging. Got an estimate for a wheel bearing. $860!Had it done at another shop for less than half. I will not be returning here.

I had to stop by to get some parts, and experienced very rude reception. It seemed like Parts department was closed. I was told to wait and still there was nothing. Before stopping by, I called and I was placed on hold. After staying on hold for at least 20 minutes, someone hung up on me. Not recommended at all.

Absolute trash. My family has brought our vehicles to this dealership the past 20 years and in the most recent years the quality has diminished immensely. They are scam artists. One small thing happens and instead of fixing anything they need to replace entire systems for an outrageous price. Very disappointing. I could go on about the customer service but if you still go after reading this you can find out for yourself.

Where do I begin? First I would give them no stars if possible. Had a meeting with Allan M. to leave a deposit for them to find me a blue TRD off road. MSRP is 39405. A TRD off road on the lot was 42 something that included a 1000 dealer adjustment and some useless add ons like window etching and some others. I wanted the base model. Allan comes after speaking with Omar with an invoice for 56000. Every option was added plus they were charging for the off road package some 3600 or something like that. I dont remember exact numbers. The off road is the trim level and part of the base price. So they were double dipping. After voicing my concerns about wanting the base model, allan comes back with 50000. I asked him why the one on the lot was 42 and he responds that the truck I want doesn't exist that is why. I inquired how could they have a price for a truck that doesn't exist.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Corporate will hear about this as well.

I would never take my vehicle back to hear again 6.5 hrs to replace 1 brake caliper and 1 brake rotor with brake fluid. Your Service dept gouges people and performs unauthorized work and states its policy and stands by this is what Toyota pays me what a rip-off. Update 03.19.2023 I reached out to Toyota Care, and after speaking with their representatives I am receiving a reimbursement for the amount I was charged for repairs on my vehicle, and Toyota Care is now aware of this Dealer and its business practices. As for me, my Toyota 4runner will never go there again. Thank you

I just called this Dealership about an hour ago to inquire about a Sienna. I have purchased several vehicles from them in the past. However my experience with the Sales Rep was incredibly rude and unprofessional. In fact the Rep hung up on me. I will never forget that and consequently I will never purchase another Toyota from Dayton. I highly recommend people stay away.

My car in 1st year manufacturers Warranty under toyota care , they asked me to pay diagnostic fee, they want any money from you Warranty of toyota care not working in dayton toyota. Waste day/money Not enough what we paid over MSRP.

I've had a great experience there. I've switched from DCH and the staff has helped me out with all my issues for my 2016 RAV4 hybrid. Id rather give my business to them then DCH. They may not give some of the perks that DCH on services but at least I haven't had them tell me I needed something serviced just after my warranty ended. I went to Dayton for a second opinion and item did not need replacing.

If I could post no stars I would. From a horrible scummy sales department, to an incompetent service department. To absolute price gouging on vehicles claiming its due to supply and demand issues, to having absolutely no clue on how to diagnose issues with your vehicle. This dealership is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever worked with. I will never return to this dealership nor would I ever recommend this dealership to anyone looking to either buy or service your vehicle. I brought by truck into the service department for its routine maintenance, and noise coming from the drivers front suspension over bumps ( specifically speed bumps ). When I arrived to the dealer I sat in the service drive for over five minuets while the service advisers sat on their phones. Some one finally approached me ( assistant service manager ). I explained why I was there. I noted to him that I had two videos of the noise the truck was making and sent them to his cell phone. Next day after calling three times and leaving multiple messages I finally heard back and they claimed they couldn't replicate the noise. I was advised that I could drive with the service manager the next day before 3pm. I arrived 1:45pm and of course the service manager was no where to be found. I then drove with the tech who worked on it and the tech heard the noise during the test drive. Fast forward to Friday afternoon after I called and left multiple messages throughout the week they finally responded saying they can no longer hear the noise. The kept the truck all weekend and into Monday. Again after I called multiple times and no response I drove to the dealer seemingly this is the only way I would get an answer. They again still couldn't hear the noise again ( after putting 90 miles on the truck ). That was the last straw for me. I pulled my truck from the dealership to bring somewhere else with competent employees.

Horrible staff. My fiancé called the dealership and spoke to some lady with an Indian accent and set an appointment for 5. We were running a little late due to traffic, he called again and spoke with a different lady to inform them. Then the Indian lady called his phone to see where he was. My fiancé explained to her that he spoke to someone and told the other lady the situation and she called him a liar and hung up the phone. Clearly there is no communication there. But for her to be rude and call him a liar was out of hand.
