Buyer beware! You get what you pay for is an understatement for this company. I’ve never seen furniture that so poorly designed and put together. We purchased coaster furniture from a catalog, a dining table and 6 dining chairs. The moment I inspected the furniture in my home I wanted to return it but the retail store that sold it to us refused unless they collected a 35% restocking fee so we were stuck with it. All of the chairs were unstable. The chairs and table are made of cheap materials. The dining table doesn’t expand as intended. It is stuck. The chairs were missing screws, bolts, and support pieces. On some of the chairs we felt something protruding and eventually a screw came through while I was sitting on it. Thankfully I was sitting on it and not one of my guests. I encourage everyone to a tay away from this company and their products.

Their furniture is cheaply made especially for the cost. We bought a couch and love seat set from just furniture and within a month the latch that pulled the recliner out broke. Got that fixed finally. 3 months later the springs are shot. I've had different sets that lasted several years before needing to be replaced. Do not recommend.

From 2001 to 2010 i owned a furniture business and I used to purchase a lot of furniture from Coaster. The customer service and quality of furniture was awesome. I still have former customers who still have the furniture i sold them.

100% satisfaction. The employees do an outstanding service. Returns and exchanges are fair and easy. Now they earned a 5 star with their new monthly offers provided in their website.

Horrible customer service. I made a huge purchase to fully furnish our new apartment. First, Best Buy Furniture took almost a year to deliver only partial of our order without any real correspondence. It took several phone calls to receive a follow up. The accent sideboard purchased through Best Buy Furniture from Coaster Furniture was fully infested with powder-post beetles. Best Buy Furniture made no real effort to resolve this issue! Completely lost of money! I will never purchase any furniture from neither company ever again nor do I recommend them!

Got a brand new set within a month the whole seem started ripping. The fabric stained and can kite be washed even tho no food or drinks are allowed near that room.We tried getting a refund or an exchange and they refused to help us.The couch looks like it’s years older when it’s not even a year old and now we have to spend more $ to replace because this company won’t stand by is product.Stay away from this company if you work hard for what you have.
