“I switched over to this credit union from Bank of America when they were threatening to charge a monthly fee for using our debit cards. It annoyed me so much I decided I'd rather support a smaller, more family oriented banking institution. What I love about this credit union: -personalized service- people already know my name! -very old school- call in and they'll mail you a check -only $5.00 to open an account -my immediate family members can join -low as heck interest rates on car and personal loans -exempt from paying car loan in summer months because I'm in education What's not so convenient: -not as many ATM's available -outdated interent and bill pay services -when checking account online, transactions don't always post immediately I'm going to stick with them for a while and see if I can grow some patience while working on not being just another person who needs everything done for me at lightning speeds.”

“While this isn't your standard bank where you can run inside to use an ATM, they have one outside and are committed to hands-on communication with their customers. I came to this bank, not for my own personal yse, but for a family member. There weren't many people when we came mid day, but we were greeted by Alexander upon arrival and only needed to wait a few minutes to be helped.What I witnessed in that short time I was there was the staff being so kind and helpful to one another. You can tell theirs no hostility in the workplace. Every customer that arrived after us was greeted by Alexander (who it is clear is a very personal person), but they also were proud to say hello as if they were all friends. This shows that they know their customers well.He also acknowledged out birthdays when looking at OUR IDs and engaged us in conversation about our celebrations.They quickly took care of all of my family members' needs and were very thorough with taking care of everything, so we didn't have to come back. We need more people like Alexander in the world, and I will definitely be coming back here for banking needs because of this.”
“I've been dealing with the stressful situation of helping my father, who is unfortunately in a nursing home, manage his finances, and EVERYBODY at this branch has been absolutely AMAZING at helping me through the process of obtaining the necessary documents, which has been incredibly strenuous. Each person here is a real pro, but I want to especially shout out Stephany Hurtado who is the epitome of customer service, professionalism, and hard work. She's gone above and beyond to assist me through mountains of paperwork, ensuring I get the documents I need, following up with corporate and the back office, plus keeping me updated. Her attention to detail and follow through are 2nd to none! The woman deserves an award for the HOURS she's put into helping me and ultimately my father. I can't thank everyone, especially Stephany, enough for their assistance during a difficult and stressful time. I am moving my business account over to this bank as a result of the stellar service. I have to say dealing with the branch in person vs corporate over the phone are different experiences. I've had good and bad experience with corporate, but at this branch always top notch and friendly service. Truly 10 stars!”

“This is a great banking service to have right on the campus. There is an ATM here but perhaps only for account holders. The fees are reasonable but working hours are limited. As the parent of a student I can vouch for credit unions as providing better services than the major banks and unfortunately are not well known enough due to limited marketing budgets.”

“Pretty decent experience at this Chase. Some things take forever (like opening or closing an account, and for some reason require you to sit there while they click click click. More should be possible to do online or not require in-person)The teller staff are very quick and efficient, and very professional.One plus: the branch has good ventilation. CO2 levels were around 600 the last couple visits.400-450 = outdoors450-600 = good600-800 = just OK800-1000 = bad1000+ = very bad”

Twice now I have the opportunity to do business with the PNC East Windsor branch.On each occasion my needs were not a simple checking or saving account requirement. Trust me I wish they were.My problems were complex and challenging. And quite honestly I did not think they could help me.Two outstanding individuals through patience , hard work and understanding not only helped me but saved me from hardships that I truly could not afford. Ms. Sabhyata Handa and Mr. AkshayKumar Patel came through with the highest degree of professionalism and knowledge of the banking industry. “Had a really great experience at this branch that requires attention. Wow. Branch Banker Maria Sanchez went above and beyond meeting an urgent need of mine to get some form notarized last minute. She stayed after hours, was still overwhelming friendly and customer oriented (even though we all knew she was working past her time), and on top of that, she still felt the need apologize in taking longer than expected to verify me and meet our needs. This was simply exceptional service and an example of going above and beyond for their customers. I’m not currently a personal PNC Bank customer as I’m only a member/signer of a entity that banks there, but after this service, I will open an account first thing tomorrow morning! The person who also stayed with her was very warm and welcoming. Wish I caught her name too.”
