The service is very slow when paying for the product, they make you wait too long and if you ask them if everything is okay, they are very rude in the service. I really recommend it only if you have enough time and patience in this place.

Went to purchase 1 bed frame but have been waiting 45 minutes plus AT THEIR LEAST BUSY TIME OF DAY. Meanwhile the customer service staff is sitting in tgwir office playing videos on their phones and playing around laughing and joking. Terrible place to buy anything and won't be going back!

We have very bad experience with the service... they deal with the order with no sires issues & we los customer & money because of that’s .. we send our guys for pick order but they refuse to loud the order if our guys reach by 4.35 .., for five menuts they canceled the order and they making us Los business & customer.. we can’t trust theme no more with this kind service
