The service is very slow when paying for the product, they make you wait too long and if you ask them if everything is okay, they are very rude in the service. I really recommend it only if you have enough time and patience in this place.

Not really a fan of their furniture. They make a lot of oversized, cheap furniture that looks elegant. As far as their customer service at the corporate office, their pretty fast

Went to purchase 1 bed frame but have been waiting 45 minutes plus AT THEIR LEAST BUSY TIME OF DAY. Meanwhile the customer service staff is sitting in tgwir office playing videos on their phones and playing around laughing and joking. Terrible place to buy anything and won't be going back!
