I specifically asked for 0W-20 oil for my car. The owner said he has it in stock. I came in, they replaced oil with 5W-30 which is absolutely unacceptable for my Lexus . So, I wasted $105 dollars and my time. This is not the right way to do business

Conveniently located but overpriced. They charged $4.90 per gallon for 89 grade gas. I think other places were $0.70-$1.00 cheaper per gallon. I didn’t realize this until I got the receipt (my fault but still). I guess they never lowered their prices despite oil falling 25% from the peak in June 2022

Opening/closing times are inaccurate and inconsistent. The official website claims they open at 5:00am and close at 10:00pm and that’s clearly not the case.

PROS: Unlike the other Lukoil station in tenafly this one has competitive prices. They have a good mechanic service because they always have cars in the lot which means many people trust them with their vehiclesCONS: I'm usually sitting at the pump for a long time because they aren't quick to serve you. Nobody will be there and the guy will drag himself over when he feels like itOVERALL: Just a typical gas station, nothing spectacular but a little slow with service
