Stay away. Impossible to get anyone on the phone or get your medication on time i’ve gone into withdrawal multiple times because I was told that the medication would be delivered or ready and it wasn’t.

I previously had 2 separate occasions when important medicine I asked to be delivered was never delivered and the pharmacy never reached out to me to tell me why. I had to call in to find out there was a problem with my insurance but they never called me to let me know that when I was expecting my medication. On a different occasion they didn’t deliver because they didn’t have the medicine I needed but again never called me to let me know this. Even worse is that it was the same employee both times responsible for the screw up and they won’t hold her accountable. I changed my pharmacy after the second time this happened.

Do not return phone calls or communicate. When you go in person there’s a line out the door of disgruntled customers. My first experience with them I asked to have a prescription delivered. They never returned my call. I went in person to pick up the prescription and they said “we’re delivering it to you!” I was like, a call would have been nice, but whatever. My next experience, I called to track down a prescription my doctor had called in weeks before. I was put on hold and they forgot about me. I called back and left a message. I left three messages over the next week during business hours and was never called back. Went in person again and there was a line out the door. One man was there to complain that his wife was given the wrong medication in the correct bottle. They told him the pharmacist who filled that order will be here tomorrow, and sorry that that happened to you (as if no human volition was involved). Another man’s daughter’s prescription couldn’t be tracked down. When I asked about mine, they needed my prescription card (again a phone call would’ve have been great.). I finally got my prescription filled and will not be going back again. They seem nice but woefully understaffed and uncommunicative.

We have been using Hudson Drugs for almost 30 years. Yaz is the best pharmacist we have ever encountered, and will bend over backwards for his customers. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for a prescription to be filled, but if you can’t wait, they will deliver! We would never go anywhere else!

Since Amanda Morse seems to live in Texas, let me give you the low-down from someone who lives up the block. I have three pharmacies within 1 mile of my house, one of them is a CVS. I use Hudson for my prescriptions. The people there are absolutely great.

This pharmacy is filled with nothing but incompetent and rude people. I specifically called to ask if my prescription would be ready for pickup as I don’t have a car or live close and didn’t want to go out of my way if it wasn’t ready. They assured me it was. Upon arrival, they rudely tell me it’s actually back ordered and it’s not their problem that they gave me incorrect information. The store is all covered in clutter, broken down boxes and dust.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. If you need something right away they always come through. Emily is extremely helpful at the counter and will always be very kind and courteous and help you with whatever you need. I honestly cannot say enough about this Pharmacy. Five stars all the way.
