“The other day this wonderfully professional young lady greeted me near the entrance and asked if I needed help finding anything. My entire visit she made it her priority to give me the most optimal customer experience. Katy's smile was bright but her customer service was far brighter. She is the only reason to shop at CVS cresskill and it's in my opinion that she deserves a raise as she is genuine and cares about her job and her customers. 11/10 customer service”
