My entire visit she made it her priority to give me the most optimal customer experience. Katy's smile was bright but her customer service was far brighter. She is the only reason to shop at CVS cresskill and it's in my opinion that she deserves a raise as she is genuine and cares about her job and her customers. 11/10 customer service”

“This tiny one-stop-shop packs a mean punch! Great convenience store located in a hidden part of town. They sell EVERYTHING, but alcohol. You'll be QUITE surprised on the items they have in this store. Majority of the items is native to the Spanish culture, but they do have many items for the average person. ATM Toys Snacks Coffee Novelty Beverages Accessories Party times Household items Hygiene supplies I would check the expiration dates on food items as this may not have much foot traffic for ALL that they carry in here. Parking is tough since it's street only and located on a very busy road.”

I generally wouldn't feel bad giving a place a lower score but his customer service was top notch. Another guy walked in and ordered bacon and egg with salt/pepper/ketchup. The employee accidentally gave me the other guy's sandwich. I noticed right away because I don't really like ketchup all too much, especially not on my breakfast sandwiches. I ran back in but the other guy had already left with my sandwich. I have no idea if he returned to get the right sandwich but I did and the employee apologized and promptly whipped me up what I ordered fast. So I am giving this place a 5-star just based on his humility. I appreciate that.”

“I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the pharmacists and the pharmacy staff. When I need assistance, I can locate someone to help. I don't think the store is over-staffed but it is not understaffed the way a nearby CVS is. This Rite Aid staff treats folks like they are humans. Honestly, I cannot imagine going back to the CVS on 235th. Rite Aid Corporate: Don't close this store! It is a neighborhood anchor.”

“There are a ‘pair’ of stations on each side of the road. Lowest gas prices in area. During periods of busy traffic it can be difficult to cross over to the traffic lane on the opposite side of the road, so best to use the station on your direction of travel. Still, it’s good value if you need to wait a few minutes. With pricing at 40 to 50 cents per gallon less than many stations in the area you can save $5.00 per 10 gallons of fuel. Be patient!”
“Had two great experiences at this location. A few weeks ago I got my oil changed and they were very helpful and informative and not pushy to do extra services.
And then this morning I got my free car wash that came with the oil change. The crew again was so nice and courteous and thorough and the car wash including vacuuming of the interior + the trunk. Very very impressed.”
