“PROS: This station is the go-to station in Cresskill. Almost all residence living close to the center of town come to this one. The guy has been working there for over 10 years so you know he's good and committed to the job. The gas is good quality, and not bottom of the barrel since you do see a lot of high end cars coming here CONS: The intersection makes it difficult to pull in and out of. Once in the lot its also tough to swing your car around cause its small OVERALL: I would come here and every now and then for gas or to use their air pump, so I don't see why you shouldn't”

“My tire caught a flat and I was looking for the nearest tire shop, and stopping at Mavis was the best decision I made. As soon as I drove in I was immediately greeted by the workers Alex Angelo George and Ahmad. The gave me the best customer service, I was helped by all 4 of them. They put put air in my donut and patched my tire up in less than half an hour of me being there. They saw I was in a rush and got me out of there quickly. I'm not from Mount Vernon but I would definitely go back there for their business and professionalism! They treated me like family! Any car issues they got you! And will give you great advice for your car! Thanks guys if you see this review!”

“I was driving up to New England, engine started sounding too loud. Found this station from other reviews; was pleased that the mechanic diagnosed the problem quickly (rusted bolt on exhaust pipe flange), fixed it and got me back on the road in under two hours. All at a fair price! Was especially pleased that he explained the problem to me, noted the cost before starting, and took the trouble to fit me into his day, even though I just showed up out of the blue.”

“I have to say that these guys have always been professional and trustworthy. I’ve been coming here for years, I had my headlight broken and these guys fixed it in no time. When I had more serious issues like water in my car which takes longer time, the owner Matt even ordered me food. The mechanics here communicate well too. They even helps with insurance claim that saved me thousands of dollars. These guys are above and beyond!”

“Great, solid work. Highly recommended. Sam is great, outstanding customer service. These guys do honest work for great prices, they don't try to rip you off. Recently got work done and was quoted $200 less than my normal mechanic quoted me. And they proceeded to deliver a great job as well. Will likely be using them as my regular mechanic now.The only thing I will mention is that when I picked up my car, there seemed to be some grease/oil stains left on the tires, tire rims, and on a small portion of the hood that I had to clean. Likely just from when they were doing the repair. Not a huge deal, just something for them to keep a lookout for. Overall 5 stars though, really liked this place.”
