They were very careful with the newly refinished wheels and playing fetch with Henry's dog Max made the visit a great experience. The quoted price was also fair and a bit lower than the Mavis discount tire that's close by.”

“Best Automotive Repair Shop on the East Coast.Over the last 25 years or so, I have used Karl Mey's five times for the typical ding and dent repairs needed before I turned in my leased vehicles to the dealer. These repairs were always done perfectly and on time.Recently my wife's car was badly damaged by an older driver who lost control of his vehicle. I was very concerned that because of the amount of damage to her car that my auto insurance company would total the vehicle and I would be stuck having to pay the leasing company a significant amount of money to close out the lease.I had the car towed to Karl Mey's, and Jack and his crew after reviewing the damage and working with my insurance company, worked out a plan to repair the car. Several weeks later, I picked up the car and it was better than new. If I didn't know better, I would have thought that it just came off the dealer's showroom floor. That's how good the repairs were. During the time that the work was done, Jack kept me informed as to what was being done to the car and answered all my questions.I am very pleased with the work done on my wife's car. A big thank you to Jack and the crew for helping me out of a very stressful situation. Karl Mey's has consistently done great work and super Customer Service, you can't ask for more than that!”

First time I took my jeep to noxcuses he took a list of of necessary repairs ,optional up grades and add ons completing them all at a very fair price. 4 days later I swamped it hydro locking it. He took on an emergency repair removing quarts of water from the intake and internal motor. At very fair price. This is the mechanic with the most integrity ever. Did it right the whole way , didn't overcharge .he is a jeep GOD. Thank you. Ps. Jeep runs great.”

John and his Staff got me in got the parts in with help from my shop Person Judy they got me fixed up and on my Way to do another show in another city. “I cannot say enough good things about this business. Recently, I was the victim of a hit and run. I called them for an appointment to get an estimate and was told that I could bring the car right away.I met with Alexa and she assured me that they could deal with my insurance and get everything fixed promptly.Within 1 week, the car was fully repaired and all of the cost was covered by my insurance (less my deductible). Short of filing an incident with my insurance company (who initially low-balled my repairs), I did not have to deal with anything!Plus, Alexa and all the whole staff were so professional and caring throughout the process!Five stars all the way!!!”

“I used to love tinkering on cars. Nothing would give me more pleasure than tuning up my first clunker, a 1970 Austin America Mini possessing an engine compartment with room to work and easily accessible hoses and belts. Of course, true to its British heritage the electrical system would only function on warm, summer days so it was off to the crusher for my first ride. Which brings me to Advance Auto Parts. Gone are the days when working on your car was a worthwhile hobby. Engines now possess more computing power than the Space Shuttle and basic components are less accessible than the wreckage of the Titanic. So, I'm left to replace my air and cabin filter and the occasional battery while leaving more intricate repairs to my personal extortionist named Horst. Advance is a breath of fresh air versus the recently shuttered Pep Boys near my home. Most importantly, things are in stock and advice is friendly and forthcoming. What more do I need. Five stars for a retailer that works... Sorry Horst.”
