This store is severely understaffed. I waited in line for over ten minutes (only 1 person ahead of me) when there was 1 teller. When I got up to the teller, I said I was a new customer wanting to open a CD. And she turned me away and said I would have to come back another day because there was only 1 banker on site and I had not made an appointment... I have several bank accounts in general and have never had to make an appointment to set them up. I asked a few peers as well and they also never had to make an appointment to literally give a bank your money. I just decided to go with a different bank. I would understand having to wait till a banker was available, but not being told to come back a completely different day because the frankly this location is too lazy to have adequate personel.

Out of the 4 people working at this location only 1 teller is open. The manager walked around doing nothing.

Chris S is the most helpful employee ever! He promptly greeted me upon my arrival at the location (following social distancing guidelines to a T! Nonetheless) and made sure all my questions were answered swiftly and efficiently! Fantastic asset to your team!

What terrible service. I came in with coins that I have been saving to deposit them and they refused to take them. Both Elaine and Paterson were rude and belittling. There's no coin sorting machine and they said I HAVE TO PHYSICALLY ROLL THE COINS MYSELF. How do they expect me to roll 20 pounds of coins? I never thought I would see the day a bank would not take my money.

Nice place. It's plenty of parking. I like that the ATMs are inside and not outside. Never been inside the actual bank but it's nice and quiet and I doubt that it ever gets crowded unless I don't go on the crowded days lol
