You have been lying to customers coming in for passport photos that your camera has been broken. It clearly is not trust me on this. Your staff has been saying your camera is broken for the last 3 years to be exact. Sending people over to Cranford Walgreens they do not have the manpower to handle all the people you send over there it is not fair to the customers if you say you take the photos there then tell them a lie that the camera is broken. Camera's cost less than 50.00 these days get your acts together here. Thanks

The clerks are fine. There's only 2. Free Parking is horrible, 2 spaces. There is street metered parking around, not right in front.

I have had an issue with my mail being delivered to son’s house. Filled out change of address in cranford 3 times and after talking to supervisor 2 times in 2 months still no satisfaction. Asked to speak to postmaster. 2 days still waiting for a response. Called Denville and the lovely postmaster answered the phone and was very helpful.

I have appointment 9:00 for passport, I arrived at 8:50 wait at the door..then 9:00 the lady name Jenefer open the door let us in..then she tell me to wait a side for other people do the passport..I wait 9:15 no1 do passport yet, I just ask Jennifer how long to wait then she answer not nice ,she say wait r u want to reschedule…so mean…

Nice place. Usually not crowded and staff are always happy to help.Maybe some issues with parking, especially if you need to drop a heavy package inside (it's only a few parking spots in front of the entrance which always occupied even if no people inside).

I agree with the other reviews about Nikolia, the so-called manager. She is extremely rude and many times if there’s a long line will sit there asking for drop offs but will not provide a receipt so basically she does nothing to assist with the long lines, as a manager should. Useless. I have never experienced rudeness from any of the counter employees. Cesar and the woman who is always at the first window are wonderful

I have never experienced a place like this that goes out of their way to be unaccommodating and rude. I've read many other reviews about how rude the employees are, and I'd like to add the alleged Supervisor Nikolia to the list. I ordered a Christmas present that was supposed to be delivered on 12/22, but was delayed and had a new ship date of 12/26. I called and spoke with Nikolia, explained that this was a Christmas gift, she told me that I had to wait for it to be delivered, I advised her that I have picked up packages before and had no problem. She got incredibly rude and kept stating "I'm the manager, you have to wait for it to be delivered!" and hung up on me. Since most employees are rude here, I did assume that she would be too, but I hoped that whoever I spoke with on Christmas Eve would have at least been polite.

The lady with glasses at the register is the nicest, friendliest USPS staff I’ve ever encountered. Also, this post office is clean and very well-kept. Forms, package boxes and envelopes are all organized. Well done, USPS Cranford!
