I came in on a Saturday at 11:40am wanting to pack and ship a box with USPS. After being informed that the box would be too big for USPS to take from the store, I asked to purchase their packing service. It’s literally the function of the UPS store. The employee said it was too busy (there was one other customer and two employees) and said I would have to return at 3pm to collect the box (it was only one box I needed packed, and it didn’t require extra packing, I was shipping a backpack). I couldn’t wait the four hours, as I needed to get it to the post office, so I tried to buy supplies. When I went to pay for $15 worth of supplies with $50 the employee said there was no change. Not sure what this store is actually doing. What a horrible disappointment!

Nice people, but a cardboard box for $25 is ridiculous especially if it's barely over a foot long
If you are looking just for boxes never go here go to Home Depot or the storage rental place on South Ave nearby

I didn’t want to do a review but I see similar issues .
Beatrice the worse ups worker I met in my whole 24 years in this country attitude from the beginning and made me feel like I should not trust ups for my business because she asked me to tape a box that close itself..who would open my box? Or how they will handle my package ? Telling me that what I was returning was very expensive and she bought one for her son like I care .Very unprofessional and entitled . I grabbed my items no returns and left !
But a very sweet lady walked after me and asked me what happened and she handle my return super quick without an issue .

My box was taped just like instructions said, yet they told me I need one more piece of tape on a spot and told they won’t except it and I need to buy their tape. Scams, UPS needs to do better

Beatrice Beard helped me today. I brought in four large packages for work and she seamlessly helped me solved my shipping label issues and made the process as easy as possible for me. If I could give this employee 10 stars I would! She was so kind

The staff here is amazing, always so friendly and knowledgeable. Beatrice in particular is always a pleasure to deal with, she goes above and beyond every visit with a big smile. I look forward to making my returns as a result of her friendliness!!! The line always moves fast and you can see that it’s the staffs hustle that makes that happen!! It’s appreciated and should be recognized.

Beatrice is the reason we choose the UPS store for any returns, copies, or services we need. Not only is she extremely helpful, kind, and courteous but she goes the extra mile in making my kids feel special each visit. She doesn’t just give them a lollipop, but she makes it extra fun by having them find it in a mailbox. What kid wouldn’t love that!

Way overpriced, Lorenzo and his colleagues are rude and don’t wanna be there period! Zero customer Service skills and they are overcharging people compared to other UPS stores!

I come to this store regularly because there aren’t many close to the area. The staff are only friendly when they want to be. Most days they change rules with the packages or they just aren’t pleasant. I understand everyone is going through things. However, don’t bring the negative attitudes to the workplace in a customer service facing role. The customer service training needs to be done again on a consistent basis. Especially one of the main men that work at this location. I have to pray before going into this place to calm my mind. Hope higher level management reviews this feedback and the not the store managers.
