Amazing staff partners but really bad management! They really are so sweet and accommodating to a degree but so sad that they have a poor manager to over works them and it shows. I usually come in the evening and it’s so sad to hear them say that they are always understaffed and have a whole cafe filled with what seems to be a whole school! Manager really needs to be switched to someone who puts order in place.

My order was timely considering how busy it was. Unfortunately, Google was not able to show live updates on how busy it was.

The staff was so rude I'd NEVER go back to this location. It was so inappropriate.

Today a barista at this Starbucks refused to call my drink name out because my name For Starbucks Is “Israel forever” instead she called out my drink order and I said to her “what? You can’t call the name on the cup?” To which she gleefully replied “no!” Guess it’s not just unions stores that have a problem. It’s like tell me you’re antisemitic without telling me you’re anti Semitic.

Do not go here, go to Cafe Teasia or Track 5 down the road. The ambience is terrible - layout and music very unwelcoming. Plus there is constantly an obnoxious group of kids leaving their bikes in the walk way and making a mess of the place. It’s a shame as I’ve been to this Starbucks many, many times, but it has completely deteriorated to the point I can’t go back.

I never write bad reviews. But I have to make an exception in this case. Been to this store over 1,000 times, no exaggeration. It's my local store. Have gone 3 to 5 times a week since they first opened at this location. I’ve been to dozens of other SBUX over the years across the country and the UK. I have been using the app since first month it was launched. This is all to say I am a very valuabe customer to SBUX. Some comments about this store:* Staff never says hello, rarely says thank you. Of course they all know. I make a point to always say thank you, and smile. Clearly management does not train to customer friendliness.* Bathroom rarely cleaned. I have photos, too gross to share, across multiple days where the same unchnaged mess is present day after day.* Tables often sticky, crumbs on chairs.* Yesterday they closed the store at 12:30pm. No explanation anywhere, just a sign on the door: "we are closing today".Two weeks ago I decided to mostly stop going - 95% boycott. Will go only if it's more convenient than other options, but will chose other places whenever possible. There are two other great cafes nearby. Realized it’s not worth spending over $1,000/year in a store that doesn’t say hello and thank you.To see how a properly managed store operates, visit Track Five Coffee (T5), which is 4 blocks away from this SBUX. The T5 staff are overwhelmingly friendly. They greet everyone with smiles, say your name, and say thank you every time with genuine happiness. The place has a wonderful happy vibe. As a result they are always packed with loyal customers.

Great service from Christine. I highly recommend going to this location. She will make you feel like a welcomed customer.

The staff is always friendly and service is on point. This is a spacious, clean location that often becomes obnoxiously loud and unpleasant due to the entitled tween and teen customers and their "parents." I avoid visiting here after school hours. Seating should be for kids accompanied by adults. Starbucks management should not allow respectful clients and hard working staff to be subjected to the disrespect of that population. These kids should be asked to leave.

This is Friday September 29th around 5pm. I walk into this Starbucks with a plan to meet up a friend of mine. I walk in and half the place is closed off with no reason as to why. It was packed with no where to sit. Why would you do that to regular customers? Were you closing that off due to a younger crowd? What was the reason? My friend and I left and went to another coffee shop up the street. Not cool and you just lost a customer .

The staff is rude and is even worse to it's teen patrons. Today my teen daughter and her friends were there as they usually are after school. They were at the counter patiently waiting on some drinks when told they had to move back away from the counter. They did. After a while they were told they needed to leave or the police would be called. Needless to say, my husband made his way down there to speak to the manager. The manager insisted they were "crowding the counter" and it "was unsafe." I will also add they have taped off the cafe sit down area at 2:30 every weekday because they claim that is how they're handling "bad kids."

I just left the parking lot. And noticed that my car has a green sticker on my window. It was hard to take off. Then I asked who would do such a thing. I usually park here to attend yoga. Then I realized looking at the ground that it was for Starbucks customers. People sometimes don’t pay attention coz maybe they’re having a bad day. I wanted to go inside Starbucks to talk to the manager but I didn’t want to waste my energy. Thank you Starbucks for ruining my after yoga good feeling. Just because I mistakenly parked on your spot , really?!?
