“Nice place. Usually not crowded and staff are always happy to help.Maybe some issues with parking, especially if you need to drop a heavy package inside (it's only a few parking spots in front of the entrance which always occupied even if no people inside).”

My only complaint is that the store receipt does not provide a UPS scannable code to integrate with the UPS Customer App.
Took my packaged item and return email. One scan later and I'm in & out in less than 5-minutes.
Very efficient with efficient and polite staff.
