Love this place and the Owner Elena is super friendly and fun the items she sells are good quality and authentic would definitely shop hear again as the inventory is always changing and their are many unique peices

My partner and I went to Look Twice a couple of weeks ago and we had an interaction with the owner that was very homophobic.An hour into the owner looking at our clothes I brought in a bag with shoes in it that was rainbow and the owner immediately asked whose bag it was?I said it was mine and then my partner offered to sell it to her (because this is a consignment store) the owner immediately said oh no I don’t want to buy that. She then proceeded to say very insensitive very homophobic speech in front of my partner and I. She said she doesn’t care what people do but she doesn’t want it shoved in her face and that men kissing was “disgusting”, LGBTQ+ people shouldn’t be on tv, etc.She then asked how my partner and I knew each other and I quickly said we were best friends as I was extremely uncomfortable in the situation.This buisness also has a sticker on google that says “LGBTQ+ friendly” which is definitely not true. Also, at the end of our interaction the owner was telling us how kind, friendly, and funny we were so it just goes to show you that even though she was talking about how disgusting gay people are, the nice friendly funny gay people were right in front of her. ?

I am part of the LGBTQ+ community and I was at this shop with my partner and the staff were making very homophobic comments after we brought some clothing in a rainbow bag. They even used the word “disgusting”When they asked how we knew each other, we said we were friends because we were extremely uncomfortable sharing that we were together.On the “about” section for this business on google, it has a sticker that says LGBTQ+ friendly and it was made very clear that is not true.I’m very disappointed because I wanted to support a small business in my town, but now I feel but hurt and disrespected.

Don’t waste your time the owner is just plain nasty and isn’t interested in making sales. Inventory is mediocre at best

bad location poor taste used clothes we want new not used made Covid remember that people smh and the clothes are not even clean it's wrinkled half of the stuff and how do you even know if it's cleansed enough reall.

I needed a classy conservative dress ASAP for a dinner party for my husband’s job. The office manager at my job told me to check out this place up the block, I am sooooo glad I did. I told the owner what I needed & she found the perfect BCBG dress in no time! A perfect fit & amazing price, better than cheap and on sale! Great experience, I’ll definitely be back!
