Fantastic service and team. Gary is very professional, prompt, and always follows through with any request. I honestly wouldn't have switched to State Farm if I wasn't able to work directly with someone like this office. Very highly recommend.

I have been using Gary Wilks State Farm for years now. His company insures everything that we own including our home and personal belongings. He and his staff have taken care of us through and through, even when it came time to actually use the insurance which made the difference. I would recommend them to anyone. If you and your family need coverage and you are researching which company to use. You just found it!

FALSE. Fraudulent agent playing games and canceling after you’ve charged doesn’t make sense check the date initial text was sent Sept 8 and then check date of your reply trying to make others believe you’re trustworthy DONT FALL FOR IT!

Gary Wilks our Ins agent handled my very stressful situation with ease today. If Gary didn’t step in when he did we Would still be waiting for the situation to be resolved by the other persons insurance company. I've been with State Farm for many years with an agent who retired, and I signed on with Gary Wilks for several policies. When Gary took over my account, he identified savings that I was eligible for but had not received. Also, at around that time, I was moving to a new residence in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Lots of things went wrong with the move but the insurance policy Gary wrote for me was done correctly and on time especially considering nobody could meet face to face. I am very pleased with the professionalism he and his staff have shown whenever we've been in touch. I feel he and his staff extend themselves to help and have been responsive to my needs, both during and after business hours. He answers my questions clearly and communicates in ways that are easy to understand. I completely recommend Gary and his staff for insurance needs.

Switching to a different (car and/or home) insurance has never been easier. As a diligent shopper and someone who values reviews, I assure you that State Farm has the best to offer.
