I ordered the small Rainbows and Stars Bouquet from the Cranford, NJ store for a same day delivery to a family member who needed a bit of cheerful distraction. They delivered timely, the bouquet was fresh and beautiful and the receivers were absolutely delighted. What prompted me to write this review was that they went the extra mile with a personal text from Daniel confirming the delivery. Bravo Edible Arrangements, Cranford and well done Daniel!

great place my go to spot from getting a snack too big event love the shake and they’re healthy love the overall presentation they literally have everything you need and fast quick service even when walking in at the last minute came in after they were close and the lady stood after her time and made my arrangement she made my day i recommend this cranford location i’ve been too many other store in the nearby area they are for the best

So disappointed. My brother- in law ordered flowers and choc. covered strawberries for his wife for Valentines Day 2/14/23.Went into the store so the delvery instructions would be correct.If delivered by 2:30( at work address) if after then home address. Cost was 124.00 .SHE NEVER RECEIVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They werent answering there phones all day. JUST AWEFUL. Ruined Valentines day!!!!!!!!!!!!He went directly back into the store 2/15 for a credit. They didnt offer to fix it.They should have resent it and credited him. BAD BUSINESS.Im in sales,if we treated our clients this way we would be out of business. Had to give one star or it wouldnt post.

Ordered caramel apples for a party for 1230 pickup, hours state 9am - 5pm. Get there at 1230 and the doors are locked and the lights are off, made us late for our party. Someone called us 2 hours later and didn't even apologize, they yelled at my wife and told her it was her fault for not calling.

So my husband placed an online order & he was forced to purchase a card that cost $7. & then when he went to pick up his platter that supposed to say MOM across it they only placed the O on it & no MM SMH.. they also didn’t have the balloons he choose online or the card he had already paid for so that being said we won’t ever be ordering from Edible Arrangements EVER AGAIN!

I ordered Edible Arrangements fruit for Christmas.,and the fruit was delivered in a regular van. The fruit was hot.,bitter and the oranges tasted spoiled. I paid $98.40 for that hot ,bitter and spoil fruit. I contacted the store immediately to let them know and Ms. Jackie told me that her fruit was good and no one else had complained. Ms. Jackie gave me a really hard time regarding this hot.,bitter and spoil fruit. I had to contact the Cooperate Office to get a refund. They told me to keep the fruit as a gift. I didn't want the fruit, however Ms.Jackie called me early the next day demanding that I bring her fruit to her. Ms. Jackie was extremely unprofessional with me. Please be aware if you visit the Edible Arrangements location at 8385 US-Hwy, suite 109, Memphis,Tn. 38133. I went to Krogers to get some fruit and it was under $20 dollars...

I tried to order dipped apples by calling the store. Apparently, if the phone rings enough times, it goes to a call center. The call center took my order, but it was wrong. When I picked it up, the store told me it was not their problem and to call the call center. I asked for the number and they told me to call the store and let it ring enough so it goes to the call center? Anyway not only did I get the wrong product, but they overcharged $28 because they sold me a create your own option but I did not get to create my own.

I typically order from E.A. several times a year usually via delivery service. Today, I placed an online order for same day pickup. Website states store hours open until 3pm. Order asked for pickup time and I selected 3pm. Received phone call at 2:10 pm informing me that I needed to be there by 2:45 pm. I was unable to commit to the earlier time and therefore had to cancel my order, disappointing my 82 year old mother for whom the arrangement was for. If a company wants you to pickup an order 15 minutes before they close, then they shouldn’t allow you to place an order for a later time. Needless to say I will no longer be patronizing this business in the future!

I placed a last minute order for a delivery for my grandmothers birthday, as I am outside of U.S i was petrified of the process but decided to go ahead anyway in good faith. After checking around I decided on this particular store and contacted them. I spoke with Sanjay (not sure of the spelling) who took my order, listened to my dilemma and without hestitation reassured me that they would make very effort to deliver and help me make her day special. And so he and his team did, gift was delivered and well received. Thank you Sanjay for being customer friendly, polite and even more so going above and beyond.Greatful Canadian

My family paid over $100 for my birthday arrangement. The balloon was not fully inflated, barely floating at approximately 50% and by the next morning was on the floor. The strawberries were bruised and the chocolate covered ones were already draining. But what is more disappointing was that I notified the website and was supposed to hear back from the store within 24 hours. Two weeks later and nothing. Guess once the payment is received, the customer is not a priority. If you order, don't use this location.UPDATE: NOTHING CAME OF THIS. Emailed again and nothing. Store claimed they left a voicemail which was a lie.
