This place is awesome. I have coming here for years. There is no one else I trust. She has hemmed different pants, sewed and patched holes. The quality is exceptional. My jacket had a frayed edge and a hole on the sleeve. She sewed it so well that I couldn’t even tell which sleeve had the hole. Thank God for this business. Absolutely the best dry cleaners anywhere. I have been going here for over 20 years and would not think of going anywhere else. When it comes tailoring, Helen is absolutely great. Always quick, friendly service.

They lost 5 of my husbands expensive work shirts. After 3 weeks and multiple visits to their store, they were unable to locate the shirts. The woman was nothing short of rude and even tried to say that we had picked the shirts up when we hadn't. She wanted to give us only half of what the shirts were worth even though we now have to buy new shirts. Avoid at all costs!

I have been coming to Diamond for over 15 years now and it has always been a pleasant experience. I wear a lot of high end suits and shirts and the cleaning results have always been excellent. Any tailoring I need, Helen always does to perfection and usually always on short notice! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

If you have anything you value do not bring it here. I took a high quality Dana Buchman ivory cashmere peacoat here to get it refreshed. They destroyed it. It's pilled beyond repair and now looks like a cheap fleece jacket. It also now has a dingy grey-ish look to it. They gave me nothing but excuses and didn't even pretend to apologize. The other coat I took they returned to me coated in white lint which they grudgingly fixed after insulting me and refusing to refund the money for the destroyed coat. Avoid at all costs.

Customer beware they lost 4 of my ties, after I brought it to her attention she just gave me a nasty attitude. I also had article of clothing returned to me unclean.
