We recently closed on a home, Larry Vindman and his team made the process incredibly easy for us. Larry spent countless hours talking to myself and my husband.He ran through numbers with us over and over again through multiple home offers as we considered what the best loan type was for us for each individual circumstance. We thoroughly discussed every possible financial strategy when we realized that the home we were purchasing required quite a bit of work. He gave us excellent advice on pulling back a bit of our down payment to utilize for repairs - as I am currently working through repairs I am very happy with that decision. He helped us figure out our next steps and keep our costs at a minimum as we missed our closing date while the interest rates were climbing. I have had the pleasure of working with this company twice. My lender is Crystal Hong and she is the absolute best. She's understanding and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to loans and credit. This company has helped me purchase a home and also prepared me in purchasing another.

My wife and I just bought our first home and we have Larry, Kristen, Nehal and the entire Cross country staff to thank for that. Our experience was 5 stars, they made the process simple and in doing that took so much weight off of our shoulders. I can't say enough about how great our experience was, someone was always available to answer our question, and our emails never went unanswered.

Simply put, there is no better mortgage broker than Al Rapoport. He does not simply get you a loan; he understands mortgages at a granular level and explains trends, rate differentials, and the math underpinning your mortgage and its implications for your long-term financial viability. He understand the mortgage process so thoroughly that he can often get loans approved where previous mortgage applications with other brokers were denied. A+ communication and client satisfaction.

I used Al for a recent condo purchase and could not have been happier. Al is a true professional and knows the mortgage business inside out. He is great handling appraisals as well, and is extremely knowledgeable with condos. He worked directly with the management company and had everything ready weeks before we even closed. Al always responded to all of my calls/emails quickly and accurately. Would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Evan was referred to me through my realtors in NJ l, and I could not be more happy with my experience. Let's face it--Financing a house is not the best part of buying a house. It can be painful in the wrong hands. But it was clear from day 1 that Evan and his team care more about the people they serve than they care about money. And in the world of money, that is rare. Working toward my financing I called Evan several times to get financial advice that honestly went beyond what he should be expected to do in his work. He even called me on house closing day to see how everything went. His team shares his values as well--that people are important and customers are not just profit. I enjoyed working with all of them and found them all helpful in making financing as painless as possible. I would 100% (and more if that was mathematically possible) recommend working with Evan and his team on home financing.
