I actually didn’t order from here, and now I never will. I live in an apartment where someone had flowers from here delivered and the delivery driver left them on the floor in the middle of the walk way for everyone who walks in the lobby to see them and they’ve now been there overnight. Could they not have just went one floor up and have delivered them to this persons apartment? Now it’s going on two days and this person hasn’t received their beautiful flowers. The flower arrangement looks great but means nothing if the person who was meant to receive didn’t due to poor delivery. Whether the driver is from this place or a contractor they should know this is unacceptable.

I'm late to the game in writing this review. But if there is a small business to support this is one. My mother had passed and I needed arrangements for her services. They were so kind, and sweet in helping me over the phone in picking things out. Eleanor helped me, which it's been a couple of years but I will never forget because that was my mothers name. She picked out a beautiful spray for the casket and 2 arrangements on each side. They were reasonably priced, but even if it was more I was willing to pay because their customer service goes above and beyond. You won't go wrong with using them.

While the flowers were beautiful my husband had to change the water within 24 hours as it was so Murky he washed the stems as they were moldy Disappointing as my sisters had sent me flowers as get well from England after my cancer surgery giving a 3 star because the flowers were arranged beautifully and looked lovely for 4 days. .

From day one for planning the center pieces and church pew decorating and all the way through the day of wedding they all were wonderful with flawless and impeccable design and service. I loved all the flower pieces the put together so lovely and elegantly. Bevin and eugene liebmann

Eleanor is lovely and she handled my father’s funeral so perfectly and then I accidentally used another business by a very similar name in the area and they were an hour late with the flowers and rude when I called. I’ll never make that mistake again. Always look for “Cranford Florist AND Gifts”

Absolutely awful service. Ordered a bouquet (deluxe!!) for my mom and not only did they call her (when my number was available) three days before it was supposed to arrive (ruining the surprise) but they delivered it a day early! The bouquet itself is incredibly lacking, has very little greenery, and the tulips were already past their prime. Fortunately the business did try to make it right once these issues were brought up, but I don’t think I’d order from them again.

Customer service was atrocious! the lady spoke down to me even when I was nice to her. I do not want to say it was a racism issue, but she was extremely rude and it was not deserved. I had bought flowers for a family member who passed away and the last thing I needed was her disgusting attitude. I will never take my service there again!!!

I ordered a LARGE arrangement of tulips online for $65 plus another $35 service fee for delivery. They sent a dozen tulips with nothing else in a crummy vase. Do not bother with this place. Go to Trader Joe’s for your flowers.

I needed flowers for my wife for our anniversary at the last minute. I was hoping to get an arrangement with flowers that were in her wedding bouquet. Eleanor and her staff went out of their way to create a beautiful arrangement, finding the flowers they needed. I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond to make this happen. Five stars is not enough!

I went to this flower shop on the last minute arrangement to get some flowers for my wife’s graduation ordered a simple red dozen of roses and some lilies wrapped up when I left the store I noticed I was charged $110. That is ridiculous they rob me.

This place is wonderful! I highly recommend! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered and mistakenly chose the wrong day. I called to ask where my arrangement was (sent to restaurant for a bday celebration) they informed me I chose the following day for delivery. Without me even asking they said no worries we can do the arrangement for you and have it delivered today. I called at 4 pm and they close at 6! I felt so bad for my mistake but wow what great customer service to help me out! I appreciate this florist and the ladies who helped me out. 5 stars! Thank you so much !
